Morning everyone! I wanted to say thanks for the help on my wonky battery. (I was having some issues with one 650 mah not flashing when dead.) I drained it yesterday and it flashed appropriately and charged up just fine, so no worries for now!

I am going to order the VV battery and wanted to ask those who have it if they experienced a noticeable improvement in juice flavor, and also if you use different coils than the standard ones that come with the Triton tanks before I buy. I don't need it for simply longer battery life, I have that covered with plenty of batteries for now, but if the flavor is better, then that will make the juice investments I have made more worthwhile. Who knew I was a juice junkie?

If you could let me know the answer to those questions, I will try to get another delivery out of Kearny, LOL!
Thanks so much for your opinions!

It helps a lot, especially with horny juices. (Juices other than halo). There is a huge difference between chocolate flavors, fruit flavors, tobacco flavor and the temp they're best at (voltage)

Always - thanks for your reply, do you use the standard coils?

Thanks, Aviationrich - I appreciate your input.

Anyone else?

And do any of you have the VV batt in the Iridescence color? A few people have told me the Iridescence batteries are not the same as the other Triton batteries in more ways than just the finish not being rubbery texture. And not in a good way, either. (See Volt and Spinner) All of my batteries are Iridescence and it is available now in VV, but I am conflicted about if it is truly up to the same quality as the other Halo batteries.
Thanks for any info on this!

I have a vv in iridescence. It's just as good as my pink and blue vv batteries only difference is it doesn't have the rubber coating. Also, it is more rainbow colored as opposed to the blue and purple pics they have up on the website. Mine has a lot of pink and orange color on it. It doesn't really bother me much but I would have liked it more if it looked like the pictures.

You will notice a slightly improved overall flavor with the VV, guaranteed. It shines at what would be the beginning and end of a charge on a standard Triton.

I highly recommend the 2.6-2.8 or 3.0-3.2 ohm coils. You might even want to try them both on the VV. Regardless what your preference is, they won't go to waste as they are all effective.

Thanks for the heads up about the Iridescence VV. That's awesome.

I'm curious why you think the Iridescence have more problems? I posted having problems with mine, which was most likely a batch issue. Have you heard anything else like that?

There really is a noticeable difference in flavor using the VV battery.

I use the standard coils and they seem to work just fine.

Really like mine and am getting a new one next week.

I love my iridescense battery and really want one that is VV.

Is Halo offering that option now?

Cindy

Yes. (battery color)

Thanks guys -- glad everyone saw that the VV now comes in Iridescence - I just noticed that color had been added yesterday.

I'm still a little on the fence about getting the VV, so maybe I will think about it longer. It's a little more than I wanted to spend for an extra battery when you add in the price of the recommended 3.0 ohm coils I would probably want with it as well. Decisions, decisions .....

It had a sticky button issue and I had to send it back. I'll get a replacement for it but right now I'm starting all over again buying high vg juices so don't have the money right now

OH DANG! I understand the high VG juice troubles! What color was the VV battery with the sticky button -- sorry, I am nosy!
