Hey everyone, I just want to give some credit to Shawn and LiteCig.

I got my order today. I had been pretty excited waiting for this one, but when I opened it, some of the merchandise was defective. I was naturally pretty ...... off about it to be honest, and I promptly emailed LiteCig to tell them about it.

Shawn immediately explained, apologized, and fully refunded my entire order to make things right.

It's obvious that Shawn and LiteCig stand by their products, and actually give a sh.it about their customers.

So thank you for that. I will be doing business again in the future.
