Thanks From a Newbie!

I went with an njoy NCIG for my first ecig. I thought it would be a good starter with the one year warranty. I've had 2 bad batteries and 2 bad atty's already and I've been using it for 3 weeks. So far NJOY is living up to their warranty but I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to this forum. Thanks to you I bought extra batteries and atty's or I would have gone back to analogs when waiting for my replacement parts to arrive. Instead I'm 3 weeks analog free after smoking them for 33 years.

Lisa,

You have found the key to successful vaping. Having plenty of hardware on hand.

I have, in addition to my main vape (Prodigy), extra batteries & chargers, 20+ atomizers, standard Pen kit, standard 901 kit, Prodigy Pass Through, not to mention a few months worth of juice.

It took me almost a year of sporadic vaping to figure this one out. Glad you figured it out early. That is my main recommendation to all new Vapor's out there.

Most of my "bad" batteries were a result of being a newbie and grossly overfilling the cart. But ideally, I suppose, an ecig's battery should not be so sensitive overfills. Typically a manual battery does not have the hole in the top where juice can get in, so it is less sensitive to overfilling.

I wonder if I am having the same problem with my Npro? It just seems like the batteries are always dead.. I never get any good smoke or nothing... I have had it for about a month... will they send me replacements?

One problem with NPros, or really any automatic battery, is learning how to get them working for you.

The trick is to learn how to draw on it hard enough to get it lit.
And then how to continue to draw to keep it lit as long as possible.

Have you tried practicing in front of a mirror and watching the LED on the battery?

Your NPRO should have a 1 year warranty. You have to register your ecig on their website and then you can just call customer service. They've replaced 2 batteries and 2 atty's for me so far.

Congrats on making it this far. I just starting last friday and opted for the Joye 510. So far so good. I just hope it stays this easy!

I tried "dripping" my "Npro" and ruined a brand new battery. I could of done it wrong. But I flooded my atty really bad. I think that is what caused it. Overfilling usually floods the atty. Also, with an auto batt, you will want to keep the ecig positioned so that the cartridge end is down. That way there is least chance for juice to flow into the battery from atty.

I don't know the answer to your second question.
