Thanks LF on my first order

Would like to thank LF for great customer service. I just received my order today which I wasn't expecting until Monday :D

Did my order online on Tuesday, around noon. Tried to check out using the Vanilla VISA pre-paid card that I got from CVS. No worky :?: So I was disappointed. This wasn't LF's fault, but it's more of the payment processor. Shoot a quick email to LF and Ty responded quickly and asked me to finalize my order and give him a call.

Gave him a call I did. Note, I'm a noob so I really don't know what I want to get that makes sense. I was dead set on getting the Ego-T but with issues/complaints surrounding it, I really wasn't 100% sure. Shared my concerns with Ty and he gave me advice that I would never have thought of as a newbie.

So I changed my order based on Ty's advice, called him back and he took my pre-paid card info over the phone and guess what ......... it went through!!!!! I was sooooo glad at that point.

Now this was late Tuesday afternoon, my time (EST). He said it would ship tomorrow, which was fine by me. I wasn't expecting the package until Monday but lo and behold, it was in my mailbox today. :vapor:

To sum it up, thanks to LF for such a wonderful buying experience along with great advice. Shipped when they said they will and the package arrived neatly packed.

I have orderd from many different vendors and most have been great, but Ty is just AWESOME and I find him reaaly honest.

Yup, Ty is the man. While on the phone with him, he patiently talked to me about the different products. Didn't rush at all and answered all my questions.

What I got:
  • Ego kit (ECF special). Normally comes with 2 standard atty but Ty suggested that I try the LR ones so he volunteered to switch out the atties to 2 LR. He suggested this swap when I mentioned that I already use Joye 510 with the standard atties.
  • 1 pack of Boge 2.0 cartos. He highly recommended it so I took it
  • Ego-T atty
  • 1-pack Ego-T tanks


I bet there was at least ONE Boge 2ohm Carto involved ;)

I do agree 100%. Didn't feel any pressure selling any particular product, just honest opinions.


With the setup that I got, I get to try the following configs:
1. Standard atty (with SmartCarts)
2. LR atty (with SmartCart)
3. Cartomizer
4. Tank system

The only way I'm going to lose is if the Tank system goes totally FAIL. But, but, but ........... so far, with BWB juice (Cherry Tobacco - yum!!!), it's working well.

The LR atties are amazing, it brings out the flavors of the juices really well and gives that extra punch of TH.

I still use the standard atty for the fruit flavors I have.

Overall, {did I say it yet}, am very happy and satisfied with my purchase from LF and their outstanding customer service.
