Messed up order(For LF employees)

I got my order a couple days ago from LF and it was missing a pack of cartomizers I had ordered. So I emailed customer service telling them I was placing another order so it could be shipped together. I didn't expect to hear a reply over the weekend but today is Monday and I did not hear anything. The reason this is a problem is because I am going out of town on Friday morning so I need these cartos by Thursday. I didn't expect this to be a problem as they should have been shipped today. But after hearing nothing from LF I am very frustrated.

I have been very pleased with the quick shipping and the prices on LF but this situation has me very irritated because I'm worried I won't get my cartos by Thursday and I should have already had them.

I'm posting this here because I have gotten no response so far and thought maybe I could get a response here.
