Just wanted to let everyone know how great these guys are. I ordered my 2nd Riva Lite Bundle this month (hey, gotta have some backup if something stops working), and it arrived without the atomizer cone. So I e-mailed customer support, Abe said he'd get a cone out to me, and Ty followed through.
No arguments, no problems, just tremendous customer service done quickly.

Well, I know I'll be a regular customer for a long time.

Better than great customer service. Waited for an order I placed a Riva 510 SE kit & some 5 ml juice (which is still in limbo, Hey s#*t happens) after 6 days I sent them an email Sunday night. Got a response from both Abe & Ty monday morning telling me a new order will be sent. Then Bam! I got my package the next day. Now that's service! Thanks guys, by the way when will you get more Riva 510 SE batteries. I want to get a couple more. Love my Riva by the way!
