Just wanted to let everyone know how great these guys are. I ordered my 2nd Riva Lite Bundle this month (hey, gotta have some backup if something stops working), and it arrived without the atomizer cone. So I e-mailed customer support, Abe said he'd get a cone out to me, and Ty followed through.
