Hey guys, Props to madvapes.com. I'm a noob, and ordered my first PV. madvapes was quick, clean and efficient for the order process. Couldn't ask for anything more.....thanks, guys !!

Now a quick question. I ordered this kit 510 PCC KIT and it works great, however, the "engrish" instruction sheet is a little unclear. The PCC has a battery meter activated by a small pushbutton on the front (cool feature) You click the button once, and it lights up showing the battery status of the PCC (kinda like a cell phone readout) That part works great. When you put a battery in the charge position and close the lid, it charges. If you hold down the button for 3-5 seconds, the LED flashes several times, and either displays red (indicating charging) or green (indicating full charge) My unit never turns green. Instructions state approx 2.5 hrs for complete charge. I left a battery in the case overnight (PCC was fully charged to start) and in the morning (approx 7 hrs later) when I push/hold the button, it flashes and shows red. I've never seen a green light after flashing. Is this unit defective? It seems to charge the batts OK, so I'm really not worried, but I'd like to understand it a bit better.

Anybody have this unit? Able to explain it a bit better? For those that really like helping noobs out, here's the instructions for the PCC in PDF (thanks again to madvapes). http://www.madvapes.com/assets/images/productimages/pcc_instructions.pdf The area in question is the last table at the bottom of the page.

Thanks in advance to all the try and help !!!
Peace - Terry

wow, quick reply (thank you). I don't remember what it read in the morning, so I'll see in the morning. I didn't realize that the "single tap" after initiating the charge was a "current status" indication. I think you hit it, I was trying to get a "full battery" light by initiating the charge cycle again. I figured it was some sort of user issue.....

Thanks much for the quick help - I really appreciate it !!
Peace - Terry

The folks from MadVapes seems to be pretty good about looking in on the forum at least once a day (probably should say once a weekday, don't know how much the do weekends) to answer questions.

Their support ticket system is really good. So if you hadn't gotten an answer here you'd have gotten one in a day with that system.
