Sent my infinity in for a tune up monday got it back today! Once again I don't know how you get the post office to move so fast!

No thank you! They replaced the 510 connection so I didn't need the adapter want me to send it back?
Starting to feel jinxed, infinity has been working great untill this afternoon. All of a sudden it quit tried several ce2's and nothing chang batteries nothing start trying attys nothing excpt one and of all things it's a 306 lr that tests out at 1.8 ohms! WTF so I start playing and discover if I thread on a c2 not quite tight it works without tightening it it works does this mean I have one of those 510 connections with a bad rubber gasket cuz this would make a third trip to the notcigs er and I am starting to feel like my normal coherent, functional, adequate, no wait exceptional self keeps breaking this thing
Pull the atty off and take a close look at the oring that is in between the center post and threads is it in there ok ?? did you ever over tighten the 510 carto ?? this will sometimes dislodge the oring and cause a short in it
Well it's there if I take a toothpick and run it around the rubber gromit it looks taller but it does not look twisted or above the center post. As soon as I remove the offending ce2 the blue light comes back on I basically only use two flavors and a map tank had not changed/tightened the map tank since I put it on this morning I did change the batteries as they were leftover fron yesterday and the map or the adapter were both tight but not overly so IMO there is a gap between the map and adapter when I call them tight
Look at the bottom of the MAP tank and make sure it is ok as well , some thing is causing a short somewhere ?? try a new one or other atty / carto
Yeah I tried four ce2's and three attys pushed the ce2's and pulled the attys (everything in my mobil kit they all work on the ego batt cranked down as tight as I can get them, I can feel when the center post hits and if I stop its good if I go 1/8 turn more protection circuit kicks in
Wiggle the center post on the Infinity a bit maybe something is caught in there ??? or there is a metal flake or ??? this might recenter the oring ?
