The top button on a Reo is so much more convenient than a side button imho. I wasn't sure if like it at first, but it's much more natural than a side button in my experience.

I know it's easier to build this way mechanically, but it IS more natural... For me anyway... So thank you Rob :)

Hey hectic, what type of atty is that you're using?

Hey!
That's a tobh with a chuff top cap (clone). I modded it to bf using fat daddy vapes bf conversion kit.
My other atty (not pictured) is a $8 cyclone clone... Shoots juice through bottom air flow and I drilled a hole in the side of the cap for airflow.

I don't want to side track this thread to much but how is the tobh clone treating you? Solid build quality? What was the final cost of it after conversion if you don't mind me asking. It looks awesome.

Tobh is fine, build and wick can be a bit of a pain as the afc can get in the way. When I want more vapor output I use it.
It's a tobh v1 by tobeco I think. It was 20 when I bought it like 9 months ago. The bf kit is like $6 +ship&tax. It took like 30 min to install. I used a dermal to fit the o rings and cut the feed tube. They have a YouTube video I followed.

My tobh is built at .6 (net ohms) with 28 ga kanthal wrapped around 7/64 drill bit wicked with ready x wick. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1420170570.886632.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1420170602.374760.jpg

It does hang over a bit:

Works great for me. This is my cyclone clone built at 1.6 wicked with organic cotton ImageUploadedByTapatalk1420170751.541460.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1420170812.984670.jpg
All I did to that was drill in the 1/16 air hole

Hope that answers your questions :)

You inspired me to set up 9 ml bottles for my two REOs. I've had them a couple months, just hadn't gotten around to drilling out the caps. Used 11/64" drill bit and it made the perfect sized hole, and squonks very well.
:D

Awesome man. Its super easy. I dont understand why more people dont do it

I was running the 9ml bottles in both of my grands for a while, but have switched back to the standard 6ml bottles. This was for a couple reasons. First was I got tired of having to use a syringe for every refill and second was the cap was hard for me to grab hold of and would sometimes twist out of my fingers when trying to open it up. I actually ended up twisting one of my tubes loose from the center pin because of this. I can do refills on both grands now in the same time frame it took to do just one of my grands before. If I could just find something to put on the cap to make it grip more I would probably go back to it cause it was kinda nice to have 9ml on board. I have thought about gluing a piece of rubber band onto the cap to give it more grip, but don't think that will hold up very well.

Yeah, filling em up is a pain, but ive still got some of the plastic bottles with the tiny dripper caps that get right in there. But i totally agree with the cap being a pain to get off. I usually jam it against the inside wall of the reo with my thumb and twist the bottle off

I did the same...filled the 9 ml bottles from another bottle.
