I had a little problem with one of my orders, and I'm really grateful for how quickly and generously it was dealt with. So I'm posting to say a huge thank you to Rob for such fantastic service, and of course an amazing product. Yay REO!!!

Yeah, I wish all the people I dealt with could provide even 1/2 the level of customer service Rob does.
Some other businesses should take some lessons from people like Rob. So many I've dealt with act like you are taking up their valuable time having to deal with a customer! 
I read a lot on ecf and you always hear good and bad about a lot of vendors. I can honestly say I have never read anything but praise and admiration regarding reos and their maker. The quality of a reo speaks for itself, but Rob is the reason for their success. Thank you for posting this story. 
I only have one problem with reosmods. I don't have enough to buy everything on the site.

And everybody benefits. What a beautiful thing it is, indeed. When I bought my first Reo I had no idea of all the intangible things that would come along with it. From a perfect vape to meeting some of the kindest people I know. My life has been enriched in ways that many won't experience in their vaping journey. I bought a ticket for a ride on the Reo Express and got a whole lot more than I'd bargained for. Thanks for sharing your positive experience. Lot's of folks come here to see what the Reo is all about. I'm glad they get to see it's so much more than just a metal device you vape with.

Yes Robs the real deal. Truth is, even if he was a jerk I'd still run his mods though
I vape on a REO because it is so amazing and so simple to keep running in top order. I vape on the other 14 because of Rob and REOVille family he created with his customer service and magic porcupine dust.
The dust gets them every time once and a while I use to much you can tell when you see them in the forum
Yep, Rob provides a level of customer service rarely found in today's business world. I'm not sure how he keeps up with all of the knuckleheads like me, but he does and we're all very fortunate to have him on our side.
