I've been DIYing for about a year now. This was only made possible because of the people who generously give their time to "teach" us "students". I have saved hundreds of dollars, had a lot of fun, and truly enjoy my recipes more than "store bought". So I thought I would type out a "thank you note" to the "teachers" here. I can only wonder how many (thousands ?) of other DIYers owe a debt of gratitude to the people who volunteer to clue the rest of us in on a really cool thing. You all know who you are, and again, many , many thanks
