just wanted to say thank you. A couple weeks ago i lost the internal spring to my omega, and you guys sent me out one with an order of juice i made. It was my fault i lost the damned thing, and i even tried to argue that i needed to pay for it, but you sent it out free of charge. While i was waiting a found one that kinda worked, but poor conductivity and kept popping around in there. I was so happy to throw that simple piece of copper back into my omega once it came.

Since then i've finally found a rubber washer that helps deter the head from spinning and creating those little metal shavings that were drivin me nuts, and after that i realized i tend to give it a little twist every time i activate, just the way i grab it and push on it.

Also i've realized the magic of noalox, or what i'm using, some GB ox-gard, same thing from what i understand. a little tiny bit on all conductive areas has really made a super consistent vape for me. I realized a week and half has gone by and i've not felt the need to take it apart and fiddle with it. Between when it was new, always playing with it, and the head spinning gripes i had, this would be the first time i've been using it without thinking about it.

Thanks for settin me up, one happy vaper here :)

if you guys do get the new screws in, is there a way that i would find out? I'de still like to purchase one of it were possible. While i'm more than used to it now, the switch is a bit tough to push down now due to the rubber in there
