So today will be my first full day vaping.Today i woke up around 8:30 and got ready for work and before i left i didnt take a hit from a cig or my Echo but i decided i would take a cig with me cause i didnt think the Echo would satisfy my morning craving just yet. i got in the car and started to head to work (only 5 mins away) light the cig when i got in the car. Smoked about 1/4 of it and then looked at it as said to myself "this is just disgusting it taste horrible and is killing me" then proceeded to throw it out the window (yes i know littering is bad but i needed it out i dont even feel the want to. This Echo has been amazing

That's exactly how it went with my last cigarette (with morning coffee) over two years ago. Haven't touched one since. Congrats on making the switch!

thank you guys this is a really big step for me. i thought you know it would take me a few weeks to get completely off analogs but the switch was instant. which is good because my little girl will be here soon. and its awesome to know she wont have to grow up smelling that nasty smoke and harming her. And i dont even have a flavor i like yet all i had was a 2 year old bottle of amaretto from JC so i cant even wait to get my new ones in!

Totally understand that one bombshell. I can hit 24mg about 5-6 times first thing in the morning, or when in crisis, but after those toots, I have to move down to 18 or 16mg. At night I chain-vape and use 12 or 14mg.

Everyone's different though. :)

yeah seems like 24 is to much but 18 is to little (except at night when i vape constantly)
need somthing a bit inbetween

Yeahhhhhh - way to go bombshell - don't throw away or swap your 24mg just yet though. Keep it in your back pocket so to speak. There only has to be some high pressure day at work or home and you've got something a bit stronger to call on should the need arise (hopefully it wont).

I beat the morning cig craving by staying in bed till after noon. So, for me, it was that afternoon cig that i missed most...lol

Thanks guys been smoke free for almost 2 days now (little thing in my signature is a little off lol) and i can already feel the difference. ive had little hives on my body for the past 4-5 years and i could never figure out what i was allergic to that was causing them. lone behold i quit smoking and they go away so i was allergic to somthing in there but only had a very small reaction

Also i can breath now ive never been able to breath out both my nostrils but once again quit smoking and now i can and it feels amazing. im sleeping better and dont wake up with migraines anymore which is amazing.

Thank you guys for all your support
-tom
