I think you just described a Reo Grand. People have posted some pretty disturbing pics of their Reo's demise, one ran theirs over and it still worked... granted the mod wasn't in 'functional' condition but it would fire and atty still lol.

surprisingly enough, even the VMod sustained the run-over test. theres a youtube of it getting run over by a pickup truck, and then vaped immediately afterwards. very surprising seeing how the mod does not seem as sturdy as it is when you hold it.
