...when your tracking status says "out for delivery" and after the mail comes there's not 230mls of AVE goodness in your mailbox.

And how on earth it can take the postal service 3 (now 4?) days to move your package 200 miles when it takes 24 hours to move it 1500 miles (from California to Arkansas) is beyond me. And then they can't even get it delivered on the day it leaves the local post office. Hell, for all I know it's sitting in someone else's mailbox right now. Suck it, USPS.

that type of thing happened to me one time and I called the post office (like a mental patient) and asked if something was up...

my delivery man had missed it, saw that he had and was planning on swinging by again after he was done...

it was really cool though...as soon as I got off the phone, I saw the truck coming back up the street...he said they gave him a call and he stopped what he was doing to bring it by, which I had NEVER intended for him to do
