That taste....

Hello Vapers.
I have tried alot of juices.... and i've come across a flavor persistent in many different e liquids I HATE. not sure what it is, but its there.

Some flavors i've noticed it in are - Banana Split by MBV (that "taste" was all I could get off of it, gaged) and cookie blaster by MBV and cotten candy as well
I also tried a local vendor's "fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA" and "smurfs blood" - that taste was strong in both of them as well.....
I just can't enjoy flavors with that taste, and I wish I could pin point what it is.... is it the sweetener? something? anyone else have the same feel?

While I find most juice not to my liking the only juice I can't vape are those that come off as perfume.

Nope, its a separate taste from the "perfume taste" ;l

Probably cause it's cheap, low quality juice.

For me it is the ones that taste like NutraSweet or any other of the synthetic sweetener tastes.

How would I know what this taste like? I don't think i've ever tried either of those sweetners

I would consider them lower quality... Only tried their juice that a friend had and I found it horrendous. I cant tell you what "that taste" is, but its one of the reasons I started making my own. I hypothesize that it may be sweeteners too... I don't use any in my mixes and like them just fine.

I also found that less expensive liquids from a local B&M tasted more like lightly flavored syrup than what they say the flavor is, they make and sell only their own line. A mixed fruit flavor from them was about the only one I found to be any good.
I found a different B&M and they had a better juice line with premium juices, Space Jam, Taste, The Vial, The Mitsu, Suicide Bunny and other brands. 15ml for around 12-15 dollars. 30ml for around 25-30 dollars.

A good juice should taste like what the flavor profile says it is. you shouldn't taste perfume or other flavors.

taste is highly subjective.... billions of people love fast food, I personally think it is more fit for pet food... its all about personal preference

huh, I suppose so. Its weird though, every MBV ejuice i've had has not tasted at all like the description ;l

Yeah people are different... I own 50+ juices all from diffrent b&m and online including premiums and most of my ADV consist of mbv I've always had good luck with them especially after A nice long steep every one of the juices I have tried from them taste uniquely different. Have I liked everyone? No. Never a perfumey taste but have noticed it on arrival- they make it the same day u order it and it gets to me across the country in 3-5 days.. The interviews with the owner seem pretty legit. Good flavor at cheap prices. Just have to try it for yourself.

I personally am not sure why. I have not ordered from them to make my assessment. I have only ordered from 2 online stores. one comes with high praise from another forum, so I tried their juice. Less expensive and pretty good from what I have tried of theirs. Another I saw on here giving away 2 free 10ml bottles. I have not received them yet, ordered on 11/22. They got my payment, but still have not received the order, so I cannot tell you how good or bad they are.

I am willing to try anything once. MBV is on my want to try list.
Most liquid I buy I try first at the local B&M. I know before spending money if I like it.

One of the juices I ordered online I don't care for. so I am out now $5 for a 10ml juice I don't like. It was mixed on 11/18. One of them I am vaping now was mixed on 11/11 and shipped right to me. I received it within a week. tried it when I first got it, wasn't impressed. Left it alone for a couple of week and now it is very tasty to me.

Taste is subjective. I like certain flavors, Have tried at least 50 from the local B&M, only like about 10 of them.

Hmm. Is the site you got the two free bottles from Apollo e cigs? Lol. I ordered on the 26th and I have not got it yet either

I love good food, good beer and when I smoked I liked Marlboro blend no 27. I thought they were the best cigarettes and I couldn't smoke a different brand. I was a cigarette enthusiast. I feel the same way about e liquid. I love craft e liquid. Some people don't mind vaping crap, I pay a little extra for the good stuff.
