Just did this very same mod on my m401 and 901. Works wonderfully. I used the straw type qtip for the straw that goes in the cart. Thing of this design, is the spray is too close to the mouth. I may change this to a different feeding tube. I'm waiting for a nurse friend of mine to get me some butterfly syringe used to collect blood or IV. The tube is small enough for this application. This way I can move the spray bottle lower close to the LED of the battery. Can even put this in the box itself. The spray bottle is abut the same size a AA battery. Just need to mod the box itself so that the pump is accessible. Loving this... I don't have to fiddle with constant topping off...

Glad to hear it worked for you! Putting the sprayer in the box is something I have envisioned as well - it will help it look a lot less like some weird crack pipe (which I think turns a lot of people off on the idea).

I'm looking into other types of tubing - I have some rubber tubing coming but I'm not sure if it will be solid enough to make a good connection. I guess glue could always be employed if it isn't. I'm thinking the current firm plastic tubing I use could be heated and bent to shape as well.

You might want to think of using food or pharma grade tubing. I don't know how long this tube will last before degrading and mixing with our juice. That's the main reason why I asked my friend to get me some winged/butterfly IV tube syringe. The needle is connected to a short piece of silicone tubing, about 6" I think. Silicone will last much longer than plastic. Anyway, we have a bit of time before we need to chuck and replace this. I'm also concerned with the spray bottle itself. I don't know what it's made off. The 4ml bottle my ebay supplier sells is made of glass. I have one. It's almost the same size in diameter, except it's a bit taller. I'll most likely swith to that. For now what I have works just fine. Will upgrade when I have all the parts. Topping off an m401 is a big pain for me. Not anymore, this is such a hassle free mod.

I use the very same atomizer moonman used on his juice tube (2ml). I got mine at ebay: Lynnsys-Cosmetic-Supplies... Perfect size, it also comes in 4ml, and 10ml.
4 ml comes in glass or plastic. I'm not Lynnsys, I just bought mine from her and was very pleased. If you don't want the spray pump too close to the mouth piece, try the butterfly IV (a little more expensive but not much). Found a site that will sell singles. imed.com called "Saf-T E-Z Winged Infusion Set W/Needle Shield - 25gx.50" 12" Tubing, 1 ea". I haven't tried this yet, just waiting for my friend to bring home some for me. I'll give this a try and report back...

ya the purfume bottle needs more some thing to get it off or i`ll just have to order a new one...shoot it is a cool little glass sprayer...gotta go look at the others ones...

I highly recommend getting an unused brand new sprayer - having the smell and taste of perfume in your vape isn't fun in the least, and it doesn't go away quickly (if at all).

I tried one - ICK. Quickly abandoned.

Yeah, I better go bump all my dead threads too.

Isn't that the natural life cycle of a thread...that they eventually die out from lack of interest?

Be careful, you don't want to break your arm patting yourself on the back.

WTF is your problem with me, exactly? You seem to love to chime in on a lot of my posts and post snide little comments and jabs. I guess you're jealous of my mods, since that's the only reason I can see for you always piping up with the snottiness and attitude.

Sorry if you have a problem with me making sure people and newbies who may have missed it still have access to good ideas that they can make themselves. I thought that's what this forum was for - the exchange of ideas and info. God forbid I bump a useful mod of mine to keep it relevent, circulating and useful, oh the horror!

Here's an idea for you - get off my case and mind your own damn business. Thankfully there's not a lot of users like you here - pretty much everyone else is cordial and polite when it comes to sharing information and they don't have some pointless mysterious chip on their shoulder.
