Maybe it's just me, but that article seems like it might be missing references to back up it's conclusions or something... I mean, with statements like "Nicotine in its natural state is safe and non toxic" one would expect some sort of reference since it seems fairly well documented that nicotine overdoses can cause death fairly easily.
Of course nicotine is toxic if ingested in high doses....
However that does not negate the fact that nicotine has alot of health benefits that people ignore. God forbid, mention any benefit to an ingredient found in tobacco, and everyone plugs their ears and calls you a nazi.
Do some research. You will find plenty of documented studies that confirm everything said in that article, and then some.
