The best room lighting for vaping...

Does anyone else find that the quaility of a vape is partly determined by the the lighting in the room you are vaping in? For me personally I love vaping at my laptop particularly when theres a lot of white on the screen as it really seems to make the vapour look even denser, especially when using a drop of glycerine...its almost creamy in texture.. Any thoughts on this? Does admiring the vapour that comes out of your mouth matter to anyone else?

Yeah, I like vaping at my laptop when its dark, but probably because when I was a real smoker I would always have to bring my laptop outside to smoke so most of the time I did at night it was dark. Who knows, but I get what you're saying.

You're right, I never thought about it, but I am much happier vaping in front of my computer. I don't like to vape outside.

I still like to vape outside ... makes me feel like I'm out for a smoke. Also it's my social time with the neighbors. But I do like seeing the smoke ... I can get more smoke from my pv then my buddy gets from his smoke sometimes.

I keep going outside for "smoke breaks" at work so I don't miss out on the latest gossip! erm.. or the 5min break

The actual quality doesn't improve, but I'm finding myself using an old photo setup with side-lighting so I can see lots and lots of my vapor (think of someone at his pc with a spotlight converted to a brolly just over his left ear and you'll get a picture of how silly I must look)! It's strange but I'm more concerned with vapor production than taste lately, most of my juice is a 50/50 mix eventho it's not really recommended for a tank and I'm in heaven looking at my little clouds of vapor around the room.. rings are just as easy to blow as they are with analogues.. but they don't travel as far before they dissolve into the air

I think the entire more vapor situation is in our heads, more than once my friends have mentioned that I get a lot more "smoke" with the "smokeless" than I did with smoking... yet for me it's never enough. Maybe it's the fact that vapor doesn't linger like smoke does, I don't know!

PS. I don't even try to teach em the proper jargon.. I've got enough trouble keeping up with it myself!

When I vape at my PC I white out the screen. Same with reading a book. Total white out.

I'm not a person that goes goo goo over vapor production. If it's there fine, if not fine. As long as I'm getting the flavor and th I want I wouldn't care of no visible vapor was produced.

Haha, yea man! It's called vapesterbating. I was definately never like that with analogs, but with my pv's, everytime i walk by a reflective service, I can't help but stop and blow a huge vape cloud! Something wonderful about seeing that huge cloud, billow out, in all its wonderful, vapetacular, glory! Good to know, that I am not the only one!

I do know that for me the amount of vapor is extremely important to my staying off analogs. I also know that there was less smoke coming out of my mouth when I was on analogs than comes out when vaping so it is a mystery why the amount of vapor is one the important things that keeps me cigarette free.

I think vapor would be cool with one of those laser lightshow things in a dark room - the kind that draws patterns with x/y based on the left and right channels of audio.

OR how about what I had at college eons ago - a black light AND flashing colored lights that do one color at a time.

I think one of the reasons I like the vapor so much is because it doesn't take my breath away like smoke did. I used to wave my hand back and forth in front of my face to move the smoke away so I could get a breath. LOL

Now I have to admit that I like to watch the vapor....

Back when I smoked, before I would go to sleep...(I shudder to admit this) I would turn out the lights and have a smoke in the dark.

Now, I can't vape in the dark 'cause I can't see the vapor cloud.
