Quick update, I'm leaving for a five day road trip at 6am on Thurs. All of the sudden my Big Brother ceased working, I tried putting on different carts, changing
batteries, adjusting the voltage, nothing seemed to work. I sent an ultra paniced email to Ken, pleading to somehow magically get me another one within 24hrs. I was at the end of my rope, I have some KR808s but the batteries are nearing their death, I was in full meltdown mode.
10 minutes later, I figured out that I had screwed all the carts down too tightly into the KR808 adapter and it worked fine! Disaster averted!! Within an hour and a half I had a response from Ken, which is amazing CS!
Morals of the story:
Don't Panic
Don't screw your cartomizers in too tightly
Ken's customer service is amazingly speedy
