Well, just wanted to have some of the community opinion on the site e-cigz.co.uk.

I've placed my order on the 19/05 (payed it right after the order), ordered a GGTB + batteries + charger + atty + cartos + adapter 901-510, paying for a 3-5 days deliver.. and, so far, nothing. (03/06)

The waiting on mail answers from Cameron is like, crazy? Sometimes i have to send 3 mails (in 1 day) to have a answer in the next 1-2 days... My last email was sent to him yesterday, and so far.. Nothing.

I have no clue where my order is (site states its on UK still)!! ((

Got a friend that ordered a SS GGTS on the 24/05, and already received it 2 days ago, from same site (e-cigz.co.uk).. Strange

I'm about to ask for the refund of my order and save some more and wait for a next batch of SS GGTS :\

I ordered my SS GGTS from Cameron last week and it turned up today. I have never had problems getting my stuff from Cam, however the shipping can be a bit slow sometimes.
Try to give him a call!

I also know some friends that had no problems with Cam, others that had their orders in 2weeks max, but i've reached the 2 weeks yesterday, and nothing so far.. and on the website, it states that my order is on Langley since Day 24/05 :O

I've been told that the Mail service was on strike, my problem is that if my order's lost or something.. I dont know, this is really strange to have a order "stuck" in Langley for 2 weeks :S

Don't rush with refund. I buy my gg-s from cam and get them every time
Once there was strike on airport and waited for 4 weeks but i got it.
I think ther's nothing to worry about

I have bought from e-cigz a couple of times, and have never lost anything.
Shipping is a bit unpredictable, but i'm sure your stuff will show up.
I placed a small order last week which hasn't shown up yet but i'm confident it will arrive next week.
Biggest problem as i see it is the lack of updates; If you don't get a tracking number you don't have any updates between the "processing"-status on the site, and your purchase being delivered by the postal service.

As an ebayer seler i sell a lot of stuff worldwide and there are times that orders can take upto 4 weeks to arrive.
Even tough you are in the EU it still has to clear customs and customs can be a pain in the ar*e.
Have you got a tracking number?
If so shoot an email of to your customs dept and see if its lying around there as the royal mails tracking page doesn't always get updated when a package has left the country.
Hope this helps a little.

I've bought off Cam a few times and have had no problems. He's answered my e mails with no problems. I know of someone in Portugal who has ordered from Cam and had to wait a while for delivery but I'm sure that was down to the postal service, not Cam himself. Hang in there I'm sure it will turn up.

well, just called the portuguese mail office and they informed me that the item arrived 02/06 at portugal.. site's still showing it's on Langley (hurray for mail services).
i know it wasnt cam's fault, we've been trading mails (even sometimes he takes 2 days to respond ) and he was telling me that he was going to wait a little more and then call Royal Mail to check the status.

anyways, i think Cam should have a better customer service, for example, my last email to him was 3 days ago, and still no answer :\ but im happy now that i already know its on Portugal and should be on my home thursday or something

I manage to scrap some greens and just out of fun i went to check cam's site for any updates and guess what!?
SSGGTS in stock ...rest is history...

@valtergomes, Cameron at e-cigz London is a top bloke. If he has posted your GGTS there's not a lot more he can do for now. I have ordered from him dozens of times and never had anything other than 100% reliable service. I am sure your GGTS will arrive eventually, and Cam will look after you if it doesn't.

And was really surprised I got my SS incomplete - the bottom part of collector tank is missing
I've sent 6 or 7 mails to Cam during the last week but got even no single reply - and no explanation regarding my case
So looks like it depends on how lucky you are buying at Cam's store

Well, i just lost my mind and ordered a SS GGTS from GG-serie-France
Was checking their website, registered myself... and baam! SS GGTS on stock!!!

I couldnt miss this chance... So i've placed my ordered!!
Now ill probably sell my GGTB (cant afford to have both or my wife kills me lol)

About Cam, well, it was my first time buying on e-cigz.co.uk, and i hope its my last.. Bad customer service, the equipment came in a bubble wrap envelope (dunno if this is the correct name)..

Please Imeo, more shops on Europe!! Give one to spain (can point u to one of the best online stores i've shopped ever!!)

Congrats on getting hold of the SS Valter, you'll love it although I think you should keep hold of your GGTB too!

I received my GGTS today from Cam. Everything was there, quick delivery and no complaints. It also came in bubble wrap but I wouldn't want it any other way.
