Actually I DO know what it is! And I appreciate the atty experience as much as everybody else I suspect! If the Diver has an EASY to rebuild factor ... Then COOL!!! I'm all IN! Anything that is carto size is going to be SMALL though ... That's a fact! If the Diver works SUPER DUPER FANTASTIC ... I just don't want to have to bust out my lathe and files and sandpaper ... THAT to me is tinkering! Not to mention I just might ruin my nails!!!! :p (BTW ... LOVE the nails in your BB pic tigerlily!!! :D)

Looking forward to hearing the Diver verdict ... And warming up my lathe ... OooooKkkkkk!! LOL!

Ok no need to be like that is there? Im attempting to help you as you say about tinkering and then say about someone making you some tiny carto rba? the diver is basically faf free compared to making some rubbish botch up.Anyway il leave you to it.

if the red o ring comes back out again try dipping it in some rubbing alcohol then put it back it. maybe that would help. you have an extra o ring that came with the bb you could replace it with that as well.

Thanks, I have put it back in and it is as flat as I can get it. Everything works fine but I guess my concern is that mine is loose as in it comes out very easily it does not sit firm or tight into the bottom where it makes the connection.

wow, i only had 50 pages to go thought to get caught up here,,,, see lots of BBs are showing up. I had some heath BS that put me out of commission for umm,, along time... happened Saturday so i couldn't even take and post pic's (not to mention play with) the new cnc machine..... so i'm go have a photo shoot and put um here in just a bit.... oh and crocky, let us know if anilomNor's alcohol suggestion worked for ya, that was a good piece of idea. I don't glue them inta' place as to keep um user replaceable (the tank can leak if they get tore up over time).

glad to read you guys getting your boxes in, and love all the pics (especially knife pics, i'm so glad that's a thing) As i was getting caught up here i kept saying to myself "next page will have Echos photo shoot, the next page, the next page......."

oh, and is ECF slow for everyone today or is it just me?

Just got home and made it to the post office this afternoon. Billet Box in hand, vaping like a champ. I can't get over how beautiful it is...thank you so much, and thanks to who or whatever force granted me the luck and perfect timing to snatch one up last week. Wow..I feel like a kid on Christmas!

so here she is, she has her own little concrete landing pad for her feetys.. when the loaders rolled her in you could hear the 1"&1/4 plywood floor crack (she's a little over 1500 lbs, well more now she has 13 gallons of coolant in her)

and here's inside, so clean,,, not for long!

another inside pic just cuz,

and here is her coolant storage, that holds 13 gallons of this oil and water emulsion stuff that gets sprayed on the work as it gets cut. It kinda looks like chai tea, but smells kinda icky..... luckily it's not that powerful a smell.

and here is lots of buttons that make her do things (no idea how to use it yet).

shouldn't be that hard...

and here is her electrical box that the cnc tech told me never to enter or play with.... =)

sooo, i got me some instruction manuals to read. There are a lot of different machine controllers out there and they all need slightly different code to make um' work right. It won't take me that long to get her moving and pumping out boxes. I am still waiting on just a few more parts for her though, which is probably a good thing as it prevents me from doing to much with her before i have her all figured out...... no name yet, i have it down to a few candidates but will have to see...
