if the tank has a leak, ALOT of juice will be falling out, and from the two holes in the bottom of the carto. If some juice is caught between the clear face and the white body material, capillary action will kinda hold it into place, and you can rise it under the sink or blow it out kinda to remove it, but it usually will pose no problem at all. I can see the juice under the clear face being held into place, but is it leaking into the tanks compartment?

Yes it is leaking into the tanks compartment not a lot but some from the clear face ;(

were on it, if you get a chance though, see if you can get that stuck juice out with one of the way i mentioned, and then keep an eye on it to find an origin around the seal, that may give us some info. I have juice stuck there full time just because i never take the time to clean it out after a carto fails and i get some juice caught there... keep me posted,

ahh, more on this shortly, i have an announcement of sorts we are still working on....

I have an announcement as well: Thank you so much for this.
Things aren't made like this anymore, it feels like I'm carrying a cadillac around in my hand.
and I mean like the solid-steel-with-real-embroidered-crest-in-the-seats-fat-boy-grill Cadillacs of yesteryear.
In this world of amazing mass produced electronics that are fragile as eggs and I have to baby at all times and cause me guilt because I know they're made by 7 year old indentured servants in China which I care about but obviously not enough to not want them and buy them,
The design and master craftsmanship of your Billet Box is a rare, fresh breath of relief from the steady decline in quality and longevity of products manufactured today.
