On another note, I put a very small nick in the coating on one of the batteries when taking it out. Will that cause an issue?

though it will be fine if it can not touch the metal body. " "I" HAVE to say " don't use it.... if it can touch the metal body it will ground and fire up the coil, and or cause serious damage to the battery if it is allowed to fully discharge.... when in doubt, throw it out.
that is why I suggest to whack the batteries out instead of prying on um, so the battery cover is not accidentally damaged....

I do whack them out BUT one always stays stuck so the only other way for me to get them out is to slightly lift one end with something.
Now I may be whacking them wrong....LOL. But I figure there are not too many ways to whack the back

Looks like jwrap came out with a clear wrap for the BB.. There are pics on their FB page but didn't see it yet on the website.. I'm already trying to preserve my BB even before it comes in lol...

Not sure if its a wrap for the carbon fiber part or if it will cover the aluminum sides as well..

I was the same way in wanting a wrap for it but now that I have had it and scarred it up a little it looks like a well used tool . I kind of don't mind the scratches now, gives it character. I will check them out though but not as antsy to buy one now as I was when I first got it

None that I've seen. It's either (1) 2.3mm hole or (2) ~1mm holes.

Maybe it was a one-off, but I'm pretty sure my BB came with a multi-hole carto ... I think it had three or four pretty large holes in it (two low, one or two high). Maybe it was just a leftover from DD playing around with his shark-lasers ... but pretty sure I didn't just imagine it.

I ordered a couple more batteries to be sure. Better safe than sorry! Doug how can we get our hands on more o rings for the tank and the red one for the connection?

Well, today was the first time vapemail has given a semblance of satisfaction to my addict's insatiable fiendishness.
With these two tanks I now feel a sense of closure.
The BB quest was a wild ride, and besides two more batteries, I can finally sit back and vape worry free.
I broke the bank, got one loan from the lady and one from the family, and don't regret a penny of it.
