hoping someone with more experience than I can help! i can set up BB with cartos no problems. the challenge is with the Diver. i've set up the Diver and it meters around 1.2ohm... throw it on BB (at lowest setting) and it seems to work fine, but the BB gets really hot, really fast... i've noticed even the batteries get very warm (using the recommended ones), hot if i chain vape.

i'm assuming this is a bad thing? as far as i can tell, i've set up the Diver correctly (i.e. using negative wires, with one end tucked under the ceramic and the other end cut near top of ceramic)...

any suggestions?

1.2 is far too low for the bb.. needs at least 2.5 IMHO. 2.5 at 4.5. Heaven..

seconded! wait,,, what am i doing here?... where the heck have i been? weird... anywhooo, when i designed that board, its voltage range and amp handling was entirely based around standard resistance 2.8 ~ 3.2ohms (or higher) 5.5volts and higher ohms will provide the best battery life and efficiency of the cells and circuit.. 4.5v and low ohms will lead to abandoned kitties and sadness....

Heck yes! Just got my first update since the 5th. It departed from LA yesterday :D
Sorry Canada... that seems to be par for the course for shipping to ya guys,,,, heck the European mostly get theirs delivered before you do... no idea why... but it sucks both ways, last thing i ordered from Canada (some tool off an ebay auction) took little over two week to get to my mail box... sorry, I know it's frustrating.

Been enjoying my new billet box, but not these boge cartos so much. I've had the box for a week today and have probably been through 5 cartos already

I'm using the pre punched ones and they are great for about half a day. After that they produce dry hits, then I attempt to modify with a slot via dremel tool, works fine for a bit then they ultimately flood. Any recommendations?

No worries at this end Doug, it just confirmed that it is in fact on its way and not lost somewhere. I've been waiting 2 months for it, another week or two doesn't bother me at all. Been eyeballing this thing since the beginning of the year so I'm just stoked ill finally soon have my hands on one!

Does anyone know how to get a hold of DD? I've sent him numerous messages with no reply

805 310 2460, my phone#. but note that I run machines (loud machines), so you may have to leave me a message if i don't hear the phone do ringing. You can text that number too if you need to, it's my cellulite phone... there is no other way to get my attention in any quick fashion... i don't get our sites e-mails, that's a whole other full time job.

regardless... if your tracking is frozen the best explanation from the post office has been that it's like at the grocery store when they have to re-scan an item if it doesn't scan the first time.... just with the post it is automated and if it doesn't scan the first time it won't keep trying, it just keeps moving... hope it get to ya soon though.

I've been waiting a long time to take this pic!

so glad to see one of these again... thank you...

We're you there? Wow, that is always scary! Sorry to hear

Yes, my wife, my 2 year old son and I were all asleep upstairs. They didnt wake any of us, and didnt go anywhere other than the kitchen and living room, so it could have been a lot worse. From what I can gather from talking to the police, they were teenagers.

Sorry to hear, Crocky, that is frightening! But it might have been someone who knows you and knows you use ecigs, and they probably do too or wouldn't have known to take them! And yes, sleeping with your Billet Box is a great idea!!

I dont think they knew what they were taking. Most of the stuff they took isnt worth almost anything - a couple of old ipods, my wallet etc - but the police said the hard part is getting into a house, so once your there, you may as well get something.

On another note im currently vaping 'Vamp Kiss' from Kapingking.co.uk and can highly recommend it, along with their Kings Custard! Very nice!

Scary stuff, least they stayed down stairs... least your ok.. lol, my wallet an't worth much either.... but i will say this, I can't recommend house dogs enough... any intruder in my home will have their legs humped off.

Yeah, might have to look into a house dog. Turns out my attack cat just wasnt up to the job when push came to shove! More training reqired perhaps.

The offenders bypassed 2 striders, a custom Damascus folder, a Kershaw damascus skyline and various other knives on our dresser and picked up a digital camera thats worth about £30. So, it worked out pretty ok.

My house got burgled last night / this morning. Amongst other things, they took my spare BB tank, a stainless steel ming drip tip, and my spare set of 16340 Black batteries. They also got my ego / CE 4 back up device :( Didn't get my BB though :) I knew it was a good idea to sleep with it in my hand!

Sucky, sounds like someone you know. The town I live in advises shooting unwanted strangers as soon as they pass thru the threshold, so home invasions don't happen that often but, my car got broke into a couple of weeks ago they got my phone, camcorder and microphone. Turned into a $1000 day to replace what they stole, plus all the irreplaceable data and 2 yrs of family pics on my phone.
I should back up my photos more often.

Damn, I cant even carry a locking bladed knife outside of my house under UK law!

Sorry to hear about your losses, especially the photographs. I have loads on my laptop, which was next to my back pack. They went through the backpack and took my DIYmod ipod, portable amp ( left both pairs of headphones?! ), wallet, spare BB tank + batteries etc. Left the laptop...

Anyway, on a brighter note, the police caught the three toerags and recovered everything appart from my wallet - which apparently got tossed as there was no cash in it - and my wifes tobacco. Happy days! So, I now have my spare BB tank, batteries and drip tip back.
Really missed having two sets of batteries.

With the dogs I used to have, intruders would only have been in danger of slipping in a drool puddle. :)

Hey guys quick question. So I am going to try to install a diver into a billet box. Has anyone done this and if so do you have any tips for me? I'm going to do the following please let me know if any of this is wrong.

I am going to grind the flange off, grind the top down a tiny but so that its the same length as a boge carto.

Is the one feeding hole big enough as it is or should I add another/ make it bigger? Thanks for any help you can give me, I'm excited to try it!
