Ok, so I've come to the conclusion that I can't really play around with the Sophia and Short body until I get my hands on a clear tank. However, I do believe that it will work but with the Brass screw will be sticking out a little more than normal. I think the best way to use it is to put the tank in first then put the Brass Ring on top of the Sophia. With the flow control pretty wide open you'll insert the Sophia from the top of the BB in through the top of the tank. That way when you screw down the brass ring it will also fully close the Sophia so you can fill the tank. Once the tank is filled open the brass screw to the desired juice flow setting and your all set. The brass screw o-ring fits snuggly enough in the Sophia to turn the body without moving the base of the Sophia. The only problem for me is that I don't know to what extent the Sophia can be opened since I can't see it. So I'm going to wait until I get a clear tank to actually see for sure how it all works. Hopefully they'll have some in stock this Saturday so I'll be stalking the site again.
Or maybe some here as a extra one they can sell me.
For now I'm using the Diver V2 without any issues so far and I'm really loving it.
Now to see how long I can go before switching batteries. I put a clear J-Wrap on it but not really liking how it feels with it on. I may just run it naked and deal with the "character" that builds up on the body. After all, I did buy this mod mainly for it's durability so I don't have to worry about always being careful.

Aluminum polishes very easily. At least that's the way I look at it.
