Abstolutely I clean out the tank completely and it's a piece o' pie. Are you rinsing it out, Strike, or just attempting to shake the remains of the day out of it? Super hot water, a bit of shake rattle and roll, followed by a final dry with a Q-tip, and one is golden.

At least this one is. ;)

Very hot water runs a risk of warping the clear tank cover. Good time to remind folks with summer coming not to leave your BB in a very hot car. Been there, done that!

One more step, is a bit of hot, hot water and vinegar, soak for a few minutes, then rinse well - that will kill any old smells, flavors :)

I don't like carto's either, never have.

Oh ya can't go wrong with the BB. It's my fav outta all my gear.

I've got you covered, Willow. I'm your "balancer". Love the Bridge too, and am looking forward to the Sabot, but I don't know what it is about those dang cartos. They had me at "Hello", apparently. Whatever! ;-)

Trust me when I say you're gonna love the ease of use and vape with the Sabot-DDD. If the prototype that I'm using now into day 1 is anything close to the final product then WOW is all that I can say and the final product with the AFC will be a joy I'm sure. I'm absolutely loving the Sabot-DDD.

Curiosity remains mine. And antici ---

--- pation.

Speaking of opening up the tank. Do any of you fully open up the tank once in a while to do a thorough cleaning? I find it hard to sometimes get all the old juice completely out of the tank if I want to change flavors.

What the others have already said. Yes, but no reason to strip it completely down.

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Well after a long 6 months of going without I finally got another billet box to play with. I regret ever selling it to a friend of mine. I see there has been some new designs in rba type devices such as the bridge which I am trying currently and the sabot. Is there a difference in the sabot and the condor once made by a dear ecf friend of mine? I did love the vertical coil cotton build it had however my diver v2 with 1 2mm silica with 1 strain cotton yarn on top was hard to beat micro coiled. Id say they were close to even IMO.

Big screen D, Drunk_J and myself all collaborated on making the condor into the sabot. The sabot design is based on the condor except we added air control to the sabot. It uses ARO smoktech heads like the later versions of the condor and has room for vertical coils.
The air flow control, narrower design (more juice can be held in the tank now), and ease of rebuilding the ARO heads makes it a sweet design IMHO.

I had made a juice controlled Sophia clone for my last bb and it worked great with a modified v1 bb neg ring. I did add myself to the sabot list but do you have any link or instructions on making the sabot? I would do another modified Sophia clone but I don't have another neg ring.lol that's what I get for helping a friend out. He got my last bb and my creations :/

If you got a lathe you could make one.
Without a lathe, it would be impossible to make as it is all made from stock SS rods.
