Don't you hate when that happens. Especially when it was you that didn't do it. Or even worse, you don't remember that is was you who didn't do it (that seems to be my problem mostly).

So what about a pyrex tank?
I found some rectangle pyrex that would fit perfectly in the BB. Hmmmm might order a couple feet and make some end caps for it. Would have to remove it to fill though.

They pyrex sounds good, Dan, but I'll be honest; one of the great things (for me) about the BB is the fill-on-the-fly design. Kat and I have had this conversation because she really likes the no-hole tank. I do too, but not nearly as much. I've used straight lemon in the delrin and it's performed perfectly.

I'm just one opinion though, so I'd be curious to see others. Would I buy one? Probably not. But that doesn't mean there's no market for it - not by a long stretch.

I like the fill on the fly as well. The Billet Box design is the easiest to refill of anything I have ever had. Less fuss, less mess.

Problem with a screw and oring, is you would have the thread the pyrex, with a silicone plug, you just have to drill it out with a diamond drill bit and match a silicone plug for filling.

Just parts I would lose. While I love the ball-lock valve, it wouldn't be a deal-breaker to me to have to use the no HOle tank, as it is a decent size.
