I'm used to it. I never win with my wife either. But it's still fun trying. :D

You know, I ALMOST said -

"But truly a valiant and admirable effort, attempting to win an argument with not-one-but-TWO-women, Blue."

But then I realized that would be just plain STUPID of me.

Wait a sec. Uh-oh... Yeah, so - I gotta go, see ya bye!

Well, I got me a Rat Black today. And I wasn't even trying this time!
Quite a variety, should be interesting cause I picked up a Reo Grand last week and I'm enjoying it. Been a while since I used cartos, but I'm definitely excited. New things, keeps the hobby interesting!

Hey garpt. Congrats on the hit and I hope you like it.

If cartos fall short for you, try the Billet Bridge, still available from Atmistique (as of this morning). They use Aspire BDC heads (NOT the nautilus ones) and perform very well. Great flavor and heat. The only downside I've found is that it drains my batteries at a significantly faster rate than with cartos. But if you've got a few sets, you'll be fine.

Obviously you've got a bunch of people using a variety of things here, and I believe you'll find everyone to be quite helpful. We may not always agree on which is the best option, but we do stand together in our appreciation of the Billet Box. It is truly a marvelous device, at least for most who've tried it.

Ultimately, I can promise that you'll always get answers to your questions.

Good luck and let us know if you need anything.

Hi Airborne. I have never timed the vape using my B Bridge, but it will be reduced for you as compared to a Boge. You'll also find that the B Bridge will most likely necessitate downing the voltage quite a bit from the 5v setting. As DPL said, it's a very good idea to have several sets of batts for the B Box.

Speaking of....... I believe RTDvapor.com is having a sale right now....

one moment please.....

Ok, found it: RTD Vapor is celebrating July 4th with a coupon code July4. This code will take 10% off your order. Coupon code is valid NOW through Monday 7/7/14.

Thankies KD!! I keep forgetting I only have 2 sets of batts for my BB and they must be getting rather tired by now! :)

Pleasure, Bam. I'm always available to enable shopping behaviours. ;)

Airborne, I think DPL takes 3 sets of batts to get him thru his (also sometimes quite) long day. He'll chime in once he's back online.

And don't forget to pick up battery cases while you're there! (<--- that's to the newbs, as of course we vets would NEVER carry loose batts in our pockets or purses, right?) :D

Thanks, dp!
I'm sure I will be experimenting with different things because frankly I'm spoiled (at least for me) with tank RBA's and drippers, sub ohming, dual coils, etc. So for me the challenge will be getting a vape that I consider satisfying. I know there are some options out there I will be looking at. It's just that I think a BilletBox is a great addition to a serious vaper's collection as it is a work of art, fine engineering, and excellent quality. It will be a blast to experiment with and have some fun!
I'm sure there will some questions and sharing of ideas, hits, and misses.
Thanks!

i only have two sets, guess ill be ordering more, i have been keeping them matched but i gather its important to do so?

It is, AR. Some even alternate top & bottoms too (so they'd be labeled "1a", "1b", and so on. I don't go that far, but I admit that I probably should. But definitely keep them in sets so they're always used together. At least that's what I'm told and have read.

Thanks, dp!

It is all that and more, garpt (in my opinion). For me the portability is invaluable. Being able to throw it into a jeans pocket comfortably makes it the beat-all, end-all for out-and-about devices. The built in "silencer" (by covering the air holes) also comes in serious handy, since I spend much of my work day on phone calls.

We'll be interested to hear how you, and all the new owners, like them once you've had the chance to use it.

I love the indestructibility and the fact that it does NOT fire in my back pocket! It's "instant on", since I don't have to lock the button or anything, and totally dependable! The tank is the perfect size for a work day, and the batteries last long enough and are small enough that carrying an extra set is not a problem. I also like the "silencer mode"!

Yep! Tiz.

Yes it is! :) I just use a Sharpie and number them.

As do I. I've now added putting a dab of scotch tape on the markings. Mine seem to wear off fairly quickly.

Welp, I'm that someone who obsessively alternates tops and bottoms. Why?

Hey, am I the only one who likes it LOUD??
