I'm less worried now then, all i was looking to achieve was a protank like performance from my BB, im not chasing clouds or anything but i might get a diver to experiment with later

I think the Bridge will be a good choice. I'm anticipating it should equal or better a Protank for sure.

The Diver v2, flangeless, 35mm, Enzelis is the one to go for; I got mine from Atmistique in Greece, standard postage to UK was fairly quick. It came with a pre-made coil & wick in ceramic cup, and spare cup. They also sell the cup & coil & wick combos in packs of five. As a complete noob I found it quite fiddly to set up, YMMV, but videos by Todd and others on Youtube are helpful, and I managed first try.

I've got two tanks, a Diver in one and Billet Bridge in the other, which I swap from day to day (different flavours), and 3 sets of batteries (one in the BB, one waiting to charge, one charged and ready). Before changing the head on bridge or wick on diver, I run the tank down low then leave it sitting on its left side for a while, makes for a slightly less messy changeover.

Thank you for the cleaning guide, DPLongo22, I was wondering how best to go about it.

Darn, I ordered the Bridge only because the Diver 2 was out of stock on Atmistique website. Now I just found it on Avid Vaper's website. So, of course I had to order it. Now I have both coming. I guess I will sell the Bridge cause I like rebuilding and the Diver should be, at least on paper, the better performer for my preferences.

Just FYI for those in the US and looking for Diver stuff, Phiniac also sells it. Too bad you were not a few weeks earlier as two thread members got really good deals on the two I let go with extra parts.

Sorry I missed it Drunk_J.
I looked at Phiniac first, they are cheaper, but also shows out of stock when you try to select it .

Actually, I did get an entire 5-pack of bad Boge cartos once, 2 were shorted, and the other three leaked out the bottom somehow?

Other than that, I've had random cartos that pulled harder than others, or lasted a lot longer or shorter than others - but none others that were bad from the git-go.

i ordered my billet bridge saturday, shipped monday, scheduled for delivery tomorrow... greece to maine in three days, im absolutely amazed

Even faster than mine made it across Europe!

The bridge is a bit scary to fit in the Delrin, because you can't see and need to avoid pushing either part in too far and losing it in the tank. Especially the bottom part, as there's not much to hold on to, and the distance between getting it in far enough, and too far, is the width of the ring that comes with the Bridge - i.e., about 2-3mm. I found it easiest to insert the top part first, until only about 2mm is outside the tank; then the bottom part. You should feel the two ends meet, then have to wiggle them about some until satisfied the slight ridge on the end of the Aspire head has matched up with the corresponding ring at the bottom of the upper part of the bridge. The O rings exert a pretty good grip though, to hold the parts in place, I'm probably over-dramatizing.

Useful information, I fear that thing rolling around the tank with no way to grab it!

It's pretty easy to get out, Gar. If you have one of those carto drivers (I think he calls them plungers now), it's REAL easy. If not, just a regular bic pen or such will do.

He isolates it in his video (on the Atmistique site where you place orders), and I've had to do it with the delrin tanks a couple of times now. Piece of cake, and I was worried about it too.

Actually, even me with my bad hands. I have had this happen too many times to count, but it is a non-event to 'capture' the loose piece, I don't even need to beg my lovely wife for help. So honestly, do not stress over it, really.

Piece o' cake honey pies. No fear. DPL accurately assessed the how-to. DPL is one accurate B Boxer. (amongst his other super powers).

But Rab, who doesn't like a good DRAMA!!! I know I do!
