Pretty sure we have at least one RBA "convert" (at least for mobile use) in the mix, hopefully they will chime in and let you know what they think.
I also use rebuildables for the most part. I don't think you can beat a Z-atty pro on a provari. Have a few other genesis style attys as well. Mrephunk is right, the flavor won't be the same. But same flavors will taste better in a carto tank in my opinion. I find fruit flavors tend to taste very artificial in a genesis, but they taste pretty good in tanks.
I never take my rebuildables to work, just too much hassle. There's always a chance of leaking when in my bag if not upright. A sharp jostle might make a make a short. I would and will always happily sacrifice a touch of flavor for a device I know can be beaten around in a bag. Sit in my pocket and not leak. Not have to be fiddles with. It's a trade off, but to me it's worth it.
Looks like there are a few of us RBA converts!

I agree with Ian, to me, nothing beats a Provari/ZAP... at home. I've taken mine to work a couple times, and was always paranoid about the tank getting broken and leaky juice. I had settled on eGo's with Stardusts until I found the BB.
As far as the flavor, yes you will notice a difference. There is less flavor through a carto than an RBA. That's just how it is. BUT - there are some juices that taste great in a carto!
I use Boge SR (2.8 to 3 ohm) cartos that I punch with 2 holes, tightening the carto punch more or less depending on the juice I'll be using. I usually have my Provari set between 4.2 and 4.5, depending on juice, and I haven't decided how that translates to the BB's dial yet, although it's pretty much in the same range.
