Wanted to say thanks for all the great advice in here. One last thing the billet can handle a 2.0 carto right? Just not any lower? I normally vape mech mods with a 1-1.5 ohm coil. Hoping to get a pretty close experience I do like a nice warm vape with a little kick.
At best the wait time will be the same, after all the YouTube reviewers posted and more people have collected over this time in this thread it will be no more available than it is now . I hope I'm wrong though.
Hello B Boxers.... just back from a vape meet. One hundred people walked over to me and asked:
"Is THAT a BILLET Box?????"
("Can I see it??? Can I vape on it??? How do I get one??? How did YOU get one???" etc.)

Oh that's cool, Kat. It makes me feel really good to be part of the BB community. We are the lucky few. I'm sure the community will grow exponentially in the next year though, and that's a good thing.
Hosting our vape meet tomorrow, expecting well over a 100 people also, I know my BB will get abused. LOL
Mine is going to VapeBash but mine will be a "sorry look but don't touch." They want to see the in's and out's of it, they can look at Ogre's since he has a normal immune system.
Jeebus, that is insane. I would almost think about letting mine go for that kind of money.
It's supposed to go into research, but I can't really say much about where it's going (what study/organization).
I know Spikey did stuff with IVAQS, so my wild guess is that it'll be going into there. Don't take my word for it haha.
DD: What did you use to darken the BilletBox logo engraved into the inside of the BB? I got mine today and mines discolored around the logo. It looks like it was not completely cleaned up. What can I use to clean it?
Wow thats just crazy! that guys going to feel pretty dumb about that price when he sees he can get one in a few weeks for less that $200 lol.

Lol it was the owner of litecig USA. He claimed that he only paid that much to see it "go into research" which it will, but I'm sure he just wanted a damn billet box
These look awesome. I got to check one out that someone had at a local vape shop. I bid on the one at vapefest, but my bid was a bit lower than the winning bid...quite a bit lower. Oh well.
I was reading a few pages back and saw a lot of questions about cartos and VG. I primarily vape carto tanks, and thought I mostly vape 80/20 pg/vg, I've vaped plenty of >50% VG liquid in carto tanks. For VG, I've found that punching two medium-large holes and two pin-hole sized holes, works like a charm. If it's 75% VG or more, i'll still sometimes have to take a few primer puffs even with the 4 holes, but not to the point of being inconvenient.
Lately I've been doing the 2 tiny and two bigger holes in all my cartos, even for my usual 80PG mix. I don't get any flooding, and I find that the life of my cartos has been extended, compared to when I was only punching two holes.
I should note that I use Boge cartos. I think the smoks have a less dense filler, and may flood with 4 holes, no matter how small. I used dual coils for a brief period of time, and one of the reasons I abandoned them was because they flooded too easily.
Anyway, as a fan of carto tanks and VV box mods, the Billet Box is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. I can't wait for the release!
