OMG. I am so stooopid. The Billet Box has been wonderful, exept last night and this morning. I have fresh batteries, but nothing. Then it fired two or three times....nothing.

I haven't used cartos for so long, I forgot they don't last for months!!! And do I have another with me? No. Luckily, I do have 2 other devices to get me through the day.

Check the voltage on your batteries with a multimeter to ensure they are indeed charged. Also double check the brass ring to ensure it is seated and providing enough pressure to make contact to fire the carto.
Personally, it sounds like the batteries are almost dead. If you let them set they will refresh themselves a little to fire once or twice and go dead again. That is what has happened to me when my batteries went dead. I picked it up 10 min later and it fired twice more. If you have an extra set of batteries slap em in, and try them out.

Make sure your brass ring is snug... This likes to loosen up from time to time... Maybe...

Well he is probably taking a break from a very hard and troublesome run. Hope he has all the bugs worked out now.

Waiting on a quote for the center pin silicone isolator, got the quote back from the machine shop in CA. Looks good, just need the capital to move forward
BTW was at Vape-A-Palooza this weekend and met up with Hokus and hand delivered his BB back to him with a RBA carto in it. He really seemed to enjoy it

Ohh Hokus is one lucky fellow he not only got one early but got an original hand made one. I like hand made things. That's the crafter in me I guess. Glad things are rolling along on the RBA carto.
So did you enjoy your time with the BB? Would like to go to a vape meet or anything like it. But never see anything like that around here. No B&M even around here. Don't know if there is one in Peoria or not.

Try the tank on another device you will need a 510 ego adapter something like that or a ego battery

Mine quit firing last night. Change batteries and nothing. Change carto and back to like new. Last vape before carto death was just fine.

How many tank refills before the carto needs changing? Im using boge lr @ 4 volts. Just curious how many refills you vets are getting. I am carto clueless.

I get between two days and two weeks. Depends on how quality control was on the day they were made....

I usually get about 2-4 tankfulls from a carto using 75/25 juice that's always fairly clear. It's not really the carto that goes bad and dies but the flavor begins to taste like straight up crap.

Have you ever tried the laser punched? Just curious if the 2 holes would be to much, because I use 70/30 juice so it's kinda thin.

I haven't used theirs. But I punch all of mine with two holes. I vape 65/35. Or 70/30. My next order will have some punched carto's just to give it a try!

Vapor production is excellent, and build quality is among the best in the business. I would give it 3 thumbs up if I could, but luckily I only have 2 thumbs. Good work from all the fine folks @ Billet Box.
