The sure sign is wait until I go to sleep. I waited until about 2am (about 11am PST) my time for the release and fell asleep as I have 8am meeting next day and sure enough it was released about an hour after that. This happened two weeks in a row!!!
i know DD runs his own machine shop and likes to make all these parts in house,but he might want to consider contracting out some of the slower to make parts like the aluminum frame for awhile,even if its just to have them ruffed out and he can finish the fine milling in house,wounder if he has considered this at all?

Quick answer, you will get ~4.65v. It doesn't lock in to the closest voltage shown on the dial. It's a VV (Variable Voltage).
Did anyone else who tried to pay and get the error on checkout, actually get charged yesterday?

Yes - after reading your post I looked at my bank acct. Looks like I'm short $427.00. I tried to check out 2 times. One with out of stock tank the other with just the box. I'll give it another 24 hours to see if my cash goes back in. If not, I'll email BilletBox and see if they can refund me.

Hey all thought id ask to see if anyone else has had the same probs im having.
Basically my bb seems to stop working after a few mins of use remove battery replace works again mmm so its either batts are triggering into protection or the unit is? taking batts out seems to reset what ever it is.Ive opened up the billet removed the board no juice seems to be lurking but a bit has been on the bottom back side of board but all seems ok.
Really stressing me out as opening it up every few mins to remove replace batts is getting a bit tiring.
Hope someone can shed a bit of light or may have a reason

all connections are spotless ive striped the whole box down even removing the board and battery connections to have a look all looks ok and juice free pretty boggled think i may need a new bb and do a diy dna fitment into this one perhaps.
Check the center post of your carto. If it is a little crooked, it can come in contact with the negative when it gets compressed from screwing the brass ring down, resulting in a short and tripping the protection.

I was 100% sure that my BB leaked due to the Diver I had installed, but there is no liquid around the base, nor the top. Maybe some liquid due to condensation on the brass.
But today I've noticed there is a tiny gap between the delrin and the PETG face..
Got me thinking this might be the case.
Is this even possible?

You need to tune the Diver first:
