Having lurked here for 10 months, and going back-and-forth about buying a BB when all the craziness/stalking requirements finally slowed down, I did the unexpected and jumped in today. This within hours of telling a friend that I would NOT be doing that. I checked the site twice, earlier this morning, just to see if they had gone up yet.
I was at my office and just happened to check the site one more time, sometime this afternoon. To my amazement, they were available. So, once again, I betrayed my earlier comments and purchased one. I guess it was meant to be.
Now the only thing to decide is which mod-or-mods, if any, am I willing to sell off. Because I simply can't use all this stuff!!! And rest assured that it will NOT be the BB.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to finally being able to take a Billet Box for a ride around the blocks. Thanks to all for keeping me educated. It truly has been a lot of fun watching all the activity, and reading all the comments. Hopefully, I've learned something. Time will tell.
This Fresca's for y'all.![]()
thank you for the video!
i had some leaking issues initially w/the flangeless diver in the BB til i used cotton fed downward between the ceramic cup & the base. no leaking! my issue next is the draw is soooooo tight (cannon ball through garden hose, eh?). perhaps i was a bit too ambitious in feeding the cotton back up into the hole of the ceramic cup where the brass center pin goes :lol. will thin it out & try again. i was just so happy to taste my juice [stop it] & not experience the leaking. can't wait for the perfect rba to be created for the BB. . .must. . .have. . .
I'm vaping the perfect RBA for the Billet Box. It's been created, just has to be built.
Mr. Longo, hi!Congratulations of the B Box!! I'm sure you'll love it.
You don't happen to have a Provi V2 mini in that "to sell" box, do ya?
<------- I happen to know someone who is looking for one.(Hint hint: Classies ad)
Hi Kat - and thanks!
I'm sorry, but I do not. Both of my Provaris are of the full size variety. I'm a pretty heavy vaper (10-12 per day) and even with 18650's, I won't get a day out of them.
But I've noticed a fair number of P's being sold lately - and the prices are starting to come down (on many things, finally & inevitably). I can't image that your friend will have too much difficulty locating a good one, at a decent price. At least I sincerely hope that's the case.
Care to elaborate? I'd love to know whether a Sophia can be used...

First build this:http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-evod-head-prototype-mod-billet-box-only.html
Then take it to the next level with this: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-micro-coil-build-aro-evod-protank-heads.html
Once built, the heads can be rebuilt, either conventionally, vertically, or simply replaced if one's not in the mood to fiddle with rebuilding.
I run five tanks. That would be 3-4 hundred dollars worth of Diver's or Sophia's as opposed to these homemade, repurposed Chinese parts atty's that cost under $5 each to make.
I also hope so! Since "my friend" (ahem) wants a V2, it's not such an easy prospect, but it could happen! She wants to trade a full sized for a mini. She worries not about batt life, strange woman that she is.(I can say anything I want about her. We're, ummm.... close.)

call me if you need the screws, the little heads of them 0-80s LOVE to strip... We have a clean office downtown where we (read not me) assemble um', and I prep the little allen keys doobers for them by clipping the L off so they can stick the long part in an Exacto type handle thingy.. they keep sending back the shafts so i can regrind them down as they strip too... little screws suck... I want to get an ultrasonic welder for the tank assembly, but,,, money... they cost money... lame....OK, found the wrench at Amazon...where else. Hex L-Wrench Keys - .035 l-wrench allen wrench chamfered - Amazon.com
Popped over in the Billet Box Vapor site just to be sure they didn't sell these before posting the link. It appears there is a new helper soon to be here!![]()
