Don't think it maters at all if the ball rotates or not. The friction from the top plate is not enough to force the ball to rotate.

All that is ever needed on mine is to clean and lubricate the SS ball, the track that slides over the ball, and the outer track of both the BB body and door. The ball will/should depress a little when pushed on.

It's good to have a nice ball. Proper balling means everything slides nice and smooth, and is rewarded with that telltale satisfaction when everything fits together as it should.

While this maybe true, you got to admit, I did get everyone to play with their ball and some to even admit it!!!

I think I have found my vape nirvana..

Since getting the BB nothing else gets used.. I have pretty much sold all my other gear which means I am all in with the BB..

Now If I can just get the Diver to stop being so temperamental, I'd be thrilled..

Been vaping a carto today and it's really a pretty good vape.. Not as much flavor from the carto as i get from the Diver but the carto is 50x less troublesome...

I must admit I just checked out my ball (just to make sure). My ball is just like Ms. Darling's ball ... It goes up and down ... But does not rotate ...Has never rotated. No problems with the door not functioning properly ... If oiling maintenance is done. I use a Q-Tip dipped in olive oil (no pencil needed) and smush the ball down with the end of the Q-tip which allows a little oil to get down in there. Then run the Q-tip along the sides of door. Then slide the door in/out and in/out and in/out to get oil all along the grooves! To get black stuff out of grooves a tissue and a fingernail is all that's needed! THIS is the kinda maintenance we can handle Ms. Darling! LOL! ;-)

I tried for the first time on Saturday and got one right away. Just got notice that it shipped out today. I can't wait. I guess you haven't been trying all that hard for a year and a half.

raqball had an ad for a Hana DNA30. I noticed that he was selling a different Hana earlier (not same type of Hana). Then few minutes later, came to this thread, and there's Raqball saying that the BilletBox was his FAVORITE mod. Well, it must be something else ... because the Hana DNA30 in crazy high demand too. To sell in the Classifieds here, you cannot make a profit, so it's not possible to profiteer.

My point was excitment that I was able to get a BilletBox, and that someone who already had mods many others covet sold them at his cost because he found his 'perfect' mod here. Sorry for the confusion

There's actually a crap ton of tips & tricks on this thread about how to get one. There's no end all be all guaranteed way to snag one. But it definitely helped me score one a few weeks back.

I don't flip gear... Whenever I sell it's retail prices at the most, usually less..

I could have easily taken that Hana V3 and got $1K in a Facebook auction but that's not how I roll..

I liked the Hana Mini that i sold but battery life was not all that great. Not an issue if you can change batteries on the go but in the Hana Mini you can't.

The Hana V3 (DNA30) that I sold today was simply because I was not digging the color..

I do love the Billet Box and it will get 99% of my use form here on out..

Your best bet is to continue to check the Billet Box website. They have been up for sale, frequently, on Saturdays.

I see that you are new to ECF, so I would like to toss out a bit of info for you. ECF has definitive rules about buying and selling and what can and can't be mentioned in a (normal) thread. The only place to discuss those activities in within the Classifieds. You may want to edit your post so as not to receive an infraction.

I'm sure you are not alone in waiting to get one, but really, a CLONE? Really? Yeah, no. I highly doubt that could or would happen. But it is easy to understand your frustration in not yet owning one. I'll guess that your day will come. Patience is a virtue. (And we all know about Grace ).

And I'm sure I am not the only B Box owner who KNOWS that Doug Dino is doing his absolute best to make these as available as is pastable. Again, I hear your frustration. Hang in there.
