For me, that would really be the only true value (battery gauge). But I DO like it for THAT.
Yeah, I'm not sure that it would gain so much that its worth throwing out the internals it comes with now, if its enclosed anyway, i'd rather open it up to a simple but very styled, and sleek interior. Thats a bit busy imo, and kind of loses some of the charm that the unit provides at it's core. Mechanically not 'fancy', but a workhorse, and elegantly streamlined inside and out.
i started the auction at 99 cents - if i use a buy it now feature in my auctions , i usually set it crazy high as that it is my way of saying that id rather the auction play out to the end but if you want me to end the auction early and your crazy enough to pay that then so shall it be. I dont think its flipping when i set the price at 99 cents - if the bidders decide they want to take it up over retail then thats their business what they want to pay but im asking 99 cents for it.
