Is it easy to change the button?

You have to remove 3 tiny allen wrench screws from the face plate, then the one allen wrench screw from the left battery connector. Remove the face plate, then slowly lift the left battery connector, the electronics board will lift with it (v2 has an additional allen screw holding the electronics board, v3 does not). Once it is up move it out of the way and remove the button spring. Then dump the button out add the new button, replace the spring and reseat the electronics board. Then reverse disassembly.

Took me about 3 min.

I just made a button on top of the current bb button, because I wanted it raised to be easier to find by feel. That way, I can just knock it off if I don't want it anymore.

I just made a button on top of the current bb button, because I wanted it raised to be easier to find by feel. That way, I can just knock it off if I don't want it anymore.

Honestly, I think for some (many?) of us, this would be a nice upgrade. Either a new button altogether, or so kind of neat stik-on that would raise the button 1-2mm or so, as I too need to 'feel' for the button. It is one point that I like my ProVari better over the Billet Box - finding the button is much easier for me (bad hands).

I really like the button flush with the body at this point. But I'd love to be able to change it to one like that of dan's with a matching drip tip. This is the one time where I might actually use one other than my trippy tips.

Ok I think I like this size of this Drip tip, this is 5mm shorter that the other, matched it with the button material. So the sleeve is 10mm long.
