It would be nice to see a glass faced tank. I would also like to be a tester for it as much as I know all of you would.

Now I'm here at home hoping the sun comes out to dry out the roads. This two days of non-stop rain made for a huge
mess. Just the drive up the way to the bus stop needed 4 wheel drive and still sliding/mud boggin/dirty truck. I could
probably make an adobe house with everything stuck to the truck.

I need a bit of advice. I am using Boge cartos in my billet box but the carto gets stuck on the brass screw so that when I undo the screw the carto pulls out with it. I thought perhaps I was tightening the screw too much so this one is tightened only to the point it will fire and the carto still sticks,

I am dumping so much eliquid and its frustrating. Can I shave or change the oring to a softer one without ramifications. What does everyone else do.

No help from me, sorry. I've never had that happen. Just out of curiosity, what kind of juice do you vape?

I only vape two flavours, decadent vapers mentholeucalyptus and capella cool mint. Both at 70/30. I normally use LR cartos in all my other tanks so using SR cartos are a bit different for me. Having a bit of a flow issue with the Coolmint so I am using the mentholeucalyptus in my bb at the moment.

Because I was dumping so much juice I am only using a slim tank in the bb until I work out the screw issue.

The only advice I can give is to clean the oring good and or replace it. Then lubricate it good with juice. I've never had it happen either but I would think if you cleaned and lubricated it that should take care of the problem.

If your having a flow issue that suggests you're not getting a good seal. Have you had trouble with those juices cracking tanks or gumming up orings?

It has been cleaned and I have tried with lube and without. No difference but I have a thinner oring in my box of tricks the same inside diameter so that was going to be my next try.

Neither crack tanks. Because I am using a slim tank for all my testing I can see where the probs are. It flows fine when the tank is outside on a provari but not inside the bb. My play for today will be to work on airflow. I have been using carto tanks for a few years now so I am ok with that problem solving.

When I have to change a carto in the BB I have to push like heck to get it out and that's with using a tool. Could the orings in your BB tank be worn?

The bb is only a couple of weeks old, but this is happening on a slim tank as well as the delrin, so it's the screw oring rather than the tank oring.

I use a carto driver to load all my cartos and have tested that none of them are damaged. For the flow issues I have checked all the seals on the actual bb delrin tank and they are all solid. The ball valve is clean and working. I put some 100 pg through a carto and it flows fine. I have mixed up some 80/20 for today and will see what that does. I only shallow vape so normally I flood cartos. :)

I'm sorry, Krisma, but I'm totally lost as to why you're experiencing that. I think it's worth reaching out to DD and letting him know. His track record for production is excellent, but nothing's without potential to fail. It's possible you've got a bad unit.

Send him an email and see what he says. It's worth the effort. And please keep us informed because this is very curious.

HA-HA!!!! Hellooooooo crisscross! :D

Yes. We have similar tastes in mods, all around. Nice to see you here! Adam's a semi-regular too, as you probably know.

I was chatting to kat yesterday about trying to make an extension so I could use my beautiful tanks with the bb.

I also just sent a contact me email to ask for advice.

Hiya Krisma!

Quick question..... you're using standard SR Boges, correct? Punched, you-punched, or slotted?

The reason I ask is that I have had feeding probs with the B Box tanks vs. other karto tanks. The slotteds are the only way to fly. (for me)

I doubt that would help the grabbing of the O ring issue, but.

I am using the prepunched. I know, I know I should have got slotted, but I thought based on past use in my other tanks that I would flood them. The mentholeucalyptus (clear) feeds properly through the punched just the cool mint (dark) struggles. I agree that's not the problem with the brass connector. It's just a painful expensive exercise to just buy another brass connector. Postage is the same as if I bought another bb. :(

There's a thought ......... No show some restraint...... At least until I get this worked out

Except for the fact they are LR the new boge dual coils without filling work very well, they have 4 holes.

Ahhhh - she mentioned something along those lines to me earlier. So who's idea was it? Yours or hers?

As I said to her, if I'm going to slap something on top of something, the latter something will be one of the EPM's. My beautiful BB's would be unhappy with me if I asked them to lug something around on their shoulders.

They'd be all like, "Um, EXCUSE ME! Hello? Notice this nice figure? DON'T MESS WITH IT!"

And I won't make the same mistake with them that I've made with a few human ladies in the past. No way, nah-ah. I want to keep THESE ladies performing for me.
