hey guys, we got a call yesterday about USPS not updating the tracking, this is in USPS's hands but we will investigate for you if you let us know. The best way to get hold of us is to just call on the telephone, as two of us are making these full time and the other is packing full time, so we aren't constantly checking our e-mails and bookfaces,,, but we hear our phones ring we will answer or call you back. We opened a case with USPS to find out whats going on, but it's probably just a delay with a truck or something. Sorry that happened to a few of ya, but some seem to have moved overnight. I'll pop back in later today for a bit of an update, but our end has stabilized (finaly) and the shipping ranges and date i gave are solid.

Getting annoyed here.

I ordered from the first batch of pre-orders. I received my USPS delivery confirmation number on Feb. 23rd. I live in CT, so cross-country from where it was shipped.

It always said expected deliv. date of Feb. 27th. It is now March 1st, haven't had a single update since it left SLC, Utah, and the now-passed delivery date has not changed at all.

I realize there can be delays and it didn't actually move until the 25th, but it is now the 1st and it is Priority mail (usually 2 bus. days), so why haven't I gotten it yet??

I messaged Billet Box via their site and facebook, but no response yet..

Just a little worried about my $160 investment. What do you think?

Tracking has it out for delivery as of March 2...it will be there today...congrats...I am still waiting to order one...

Yeah everyone seems to be mentioning the Utah location being where it gets stuck...maybe some delay at this one office or something. Again check my quoted post above with my tracking number - the wait was at the SLC, UT office, although it took long only after it left there..

Update FeB 27th, We are running a bit behind with the shipping of about 50% of the Pre Orders due to a batch of bad parts. We have remade the components, and are working round the clock (really)​ to get these out ASAP. If you Pre-ordered before Dec 20th​, you will have your order shipped by this coming Monday (the 4th) ​at the latest. If your Pre order was placed after Dec 20th, your order will ship no later then the following Monday (the 11th). We apologize for the delay, this was just a big bummer of a hick-up. If this time frame conflicts with anyone's schedule we are able to refund anytime up until you have been sent a tracking number.
Thank you to everyone for all your support, enthusiasm and patience. We truly hope you will feel that our BB was worth the wait!!!

Do ya'll think anyone is brain damaged enough to actually ask for a refund at this point of the game? Anyone backing out now might as well walk the plank and end it all now...lol.

Hey guys, so still going to post pics tonight, sorry been busy since I got it in the mail earlier.

Wanted to ask if you guys knew (or if the sellers can chime in) - can we buy extra tanks right now for the Billet Boxes? Just the tank. I didn't want to buy the extras package and got just the billet box and syringe/basics- but I do want a second or third tank. Is it possible to get one right now? I don't see anything on the site.

Well I would hope you can buy extras now or in the future because these tanks won't last forever. I can see the filling ball wearing or the seals going- plus again I really want at least one more just to hold another flavored liquid to switch quickly.

Box working great so far BTW, pics to come!
