It really bothers me when someone asks me a question as i draw on my PV and I have to nod yes.

Here's something I figured from my Reo days. Well, I'm still in my Reo days, but yeah...
Take some kind of thin electrical tape and wrap a small strip around each battery, enough to leave a "flap" hanging out. Try and position the flap near the button end of the battery. That way, when you want to remove a battery, you just pull on the flap. Otherwise, you should be able to "tuck" the flap in around the battery so the cover slides on, if there is enough space to do so.
I don't think the door is so close to the batteries that a flap wouldn't work. If anyone who has a BB at hand wants to verify, that would be awesome. I think it's a little better than smacking it into a palm lol.

Silent, I use scotch tape. It's tight, but it works. The door DOES fit that closely, so I don't know that electrical tape would work, but haven't yet tried it.

Nooooooo nooooo nooooo canned air! As sacricide said, you CAN dry them in the socks and dryer. I actually did the oven method. OMG I soooo don't recommend it. The carto wrappers melted all over a good baking sheet, made for hours of clean up, smelled like (ahem insert word), and after all was said and done I had to toss them out. I also did the fan method. Ruined my fan. Tossed the cartos.
For the most part, most vapers agree that cartos are truly disposable. Use them, fill fill fill til they either taste bad, have a tight draw, or won't hold any v liquid, then throw them out!!
But if you're curious like I was, give cleaning a shot. There are several methods and easily found on YouTube.
I know a few of you mentioned the plunger. I don't have one, but I AM the (very) proud owner of a Vapian Cartomizerfillinator! I love it! ! !!! (Thank you, Vapian...) If the plunger is 1/2 as good, have at it!

The diver was brought up a couple days ago.. I believe the size is correct but hasn't been tested yet. A few people ordered some, so I'm sure we will hear all about them once they come in

Vapian, Awesome write up for us Billet BoX noobs! But seriously dude have ya got anything longer? I mean I blew thru that in like 15 min. and I read it 7 times just to be thorough. I have a whole weekend and at least three business days ahead of me and I can only watch DD's videos so many times before the tape starts to wear out. (Ya, I transferred them to VHS so I could watch them in the living room and the rewind thingy is getting kind of funky and the wife is all up in face about it) Maybe Doug could put a web cam in the shop so we could all watch the Overlord and his minions making Billet BoXes. I think we could guarantee a solid #1 in the Nielsen ratings for the next couple months at least. or maybe.....a Song??!!
