Woohoo! Yeah, it's pretty awesome. I've been showing mine off to everyone I know for the past week.
Just wait til you see the tank system coming soon. Everyone who has ordered one already (including you) will be a getting a free setup for it. It'll fill the vacuum in the cartridge cap to get rid of the primer puff inconvenience, and will obviously hold a massive amount of juice. It will also come with a silicone gel buffer to close the gap for standard carts.

LOL, I'll let eric fill in the blanks, but there was a problem with his shipment, so I'll have to wait for a while with a review.
I guess I could review the passthrough and overall design of it though.
First, let me say that these suckers are solid! They could double as personal protection devices, break out your car window in an emergency, or hang some drywall over the weekend. The lids are a little tough to get off for the first couple times, but the one on the passthrough got easier after a few times.
I've been using the passthrough for a couple days now, and I'll have to say that it fits rather nicely in your hand, and the weight makes it feel substantial. The dual atty thing is really quirky to get used to. I drip, so it I was using it with drip tips. Really, this operates much nicer with the cartos on it. Using drip tips make it hard to get a good seal, and you suck air in along with the vapor . . . it's amazing how much that adds to the throat hit.
The design is actually far more attractive in person, and in matte black like I received. In all fairness though, my wife kind of blushed when I opened the box in front of her.
She laughed at herself when she realized what they were, and said she should have known, since vaping stuff is all I ever get in the mail.
As for the rest of it, I'll wait until I have the other piece running smoothly, then I'll get a little more in-depth.
