honestly, I did it with a hand drill and went very slow with a titanium nitrite coated bit keeping it well lubricated the whole time. I was kind of surprised how easily it went through. Obviously remove it from the rest of the unit first ;) haha A drill press is definitely the ideal solution, but I guarantee you can't tell mine from one that was done in a drill press. If you are proficient with a hand drill and frequently "do projects" you should be fine. I'll post pix later tonight.

if you have any questions PM me. this isn't something you can really undo so make sure you want to do it and the airy draw wont upset you. I have made holes in mods too big before and my only recourse was finding a roll-pin that would fit in (then cut it to length) and re-constrict the air flow.

One of the ways I test a hole size, i use a piece of pipe about the same size as the mod i want to drill, put a hole in it, put my hand over one end and mouth over the other and pull. if its too airy, the hole is too large.

Thanks Dig, I have a couple titanium bits I used for another genisis. Will hand drill it then. Just have to wait for my new o-rings to get here.

Just a slightly shorter top cap. But they vape like a dream. Titanium will go in to production sometime in the next couple of weeks. I will provide updates as I have them.

Will owners of current Bliss be able to buy the shorter top cap. Depending on how much shorter, I might want one of those.

Now I should have remembered that - my bad. No, I dont want one then. Everything must line up or I wouldnt like it.

That was not meant to be a smart ... comment. I just knew that some people were modifying their bliSSes.

Jayson- Thanks for the AWESOME customer service! The new top o-ring is perfect, no dripping leaking at all! It means a lot to have a vendor stand behind their products. I have had problems in the past and had to jump through hoops or send the unit back for something so simple as an o-ring. So many thanks, im sure you earned many longtime customers.

Some people were discussing a pre order thread for the TI Bliss and I couldnt find one on here. Then I noticed you removed the listing from your site.. Does this mean they aren't coming to the masses quite that quick? The original Bliss has impressed me so much im losing sleep over trying to get a TI when it comes out... haha

The titaniums are coming. I removed them from the site while I figure out what I want to do about pre-orders. I actually have a titanium in my hand.....

mmmmmm... titanium.... haha. I guess I'll keep my eyes peeled on this thread. After using a bunch of rebuildable genesis style attys, the bliss is by far the best made, most configurable, and makes the best vapor IMHO. hope to add a TI to the rotation.

Thanks for the update.

That would look pretty sweet. Maybe if I could get my hands on a Caravela.......
