Has anyone had any issues or concerns surrounding the '95% sealed' factor? I use 510 cartos almost 99% of the time, and in order to keep them wet enough to work well at my 'sweet spot' - about 5.5 volts - I have to make sure they're always topped off. As such, after almost every fill almost a full drop goes down into the Buzz's adapter / screw area. So, I end up disconnecting everything compulsively to remove the over-spill like 10 times a day.

BuzzKill gave me some basic instructions on how to remove the top cap and screw to seal the unit myself with silicone...
I done quite few adhesive tests. Silicone (the smelly type with acetic acid) does not stick for long when soaked in e-liquid. One day I'll try the non-smelly (sometimes call Type II) and see if it fares better.

Count me in on that, plus hubby did it yesterday when he got his and he never vapes to the point of buzz. Odd thing, I have had mine almost 3 weeks and last night put on an atty I had tried previously, the BE112 and did not like on one of my 3.7 mods. I took off the collar to get better air flow, then turned The Buzz up to 5.3 volts and was in heaven. Almost made myself sick vaping too much. Now I have 3 more attys I will be using instead of trading away. The Buzz just gets better and better!

Got my Buzz yesterday and it is Sweet!!! Also Well made and love the button, The LED is also cool with the 2 different colors (not to bright or big) It’s suppose to change when the batt gets low. (Haven’t gotten there yet)

Came with a little screw driver to adjust the voltage, It’s a glasses repair kit so I got some other stuff for free.

Ordered 3- sets of batts and the charger. (Good price on both)

Still on original set of Batts. Vaping it pretty heavy at work and will get back in a week of so with an update.

Hitting it at 4.5 Volts (the way it came) - great vapor and flavor.
Currently using the DSE-510 atty(Value Vapor). (Already had 2 adapters for the 901 to 510 that I used with my 905-V4 screw driver) the Black one with the Black BUZZ looks awesome.
Black Buzz, back adapter, black atty & black drip tip and the goldish end caps match the ends of the atty and adapter.

When I get time I will mess with the voltage more, only problem is that I didn’t get the voltage adapter, just plan on turning it up a little and seeing how it vapes.

I never tried to take the collar off before. Wouldn't that make it more prone to leaking?

I have been taking the collar off 801s for some time, I don't like the air draw on them unless the collar is off. So far they don't leak anymore with it off then with it on. I drip and put in 4-5 drops at a time. Vape until it starts to taste dry then put in more. The only time I've had them leak is when I forget I already put drops in and put more in LOL. I also turn my attys upside down at night with a piece of paper towel in the end, then blow them out when i get up in the morning. It's been working great this way, just don't over fill and clear them out once a day. Another thing I found with the 801s is with the collar on they tend to clog more easily. I don't have that problem with the collar off.

The BE112 seems to be much better with the collar off and on the higher voltage. The only pen style I don't take off the collar is the 302s, but they have bigger holes to start with and have great air draw as is.

Happy Vaping!!
