Here's my latest creation: The Cap-O-Mizer!
Turn any standard 30ml bottle into a PV just by screwing on the Cap-o-mizer!
vape for a week without refilling!
Everything is built into the cap. It can be screwed into any 30ml bottle. On the left is a USB jack for power with a tactile switch mounted on it. Plug in the power, prime the atty and vape! What could be simpler?
Here it is connected to a battery pack adapted with a USB plug. You can plug in USB power and use it as a 5 volt pass through. The design can use any power source and any voltage.
Everything is contained in or on the cap including the atty, an air supply hose (leading out the side of the cap with the wires), and a wick to bring juice to the atty coil. I used strips of coffee filter (no PTB handy) with the wick string securing them to the base of the ceramic cup.
The unit is completed and only needs the cart tube inserted through the cap top.
......................................
The juice supply is separated from the power and air supply by the nonlinear design and can be fitted to any type of container or open or closed juice holder, any atty and any power source. .
The bottle stays sealed and there's no leaks or spills because it doesn't need to be vented. Fresh air comes through the tube and around the coil from the outside via the hose. Make sure the hose is up high enough so it doesn't get squished when you screw the cap on!
The best part is that it actually vapes great, feels good in the hand (even with a battery strapped to it) and it's super convenient as a PT.
