LOL! I've seen vids of people using the "taryn spin" method to extract juice from or fill cartos. Can't see myself using this method, though.

both of those make me go ROTFLCOPTER!!

but really, best method ive ever seen to fill a carto was to put juice in the large silicone caps they come with(ones without the plug) and just press the carto into it and shazam full carto. but i would suggest giving it a light blow to get the juice out of the air tube in the center when your done.
