Hello all. I am bumping this because I want to know if anyone would be interested in purchasing one of these cases? I am getting ready to make a few and wanted to know how many I should make. Please keep in mind, the material for these is not cheap, so this will not be Wal-mart case pricing!! I do not want to scare anyone away, I just do not want people to get sticker shock. There is no commitment in saying you are interested, just lets me know if I should persue a larger quantity or not. The more I make, the cheaper the material will be and the less expensive the end price will be. :)

P.S. Just for informational purposes, I think they will be cheaper than this, but the price will not exceed $75.00 each. Please remember these are hand machined by me and come in 2 pieces, the case and the cover. Anyone who PM's me their email addy will get pics of both the case, the cover, and both together. Thanks!

The case holds 21 - 6ml bottles, and 21 - 510 atomizers with carts attached. I made it so I could keep my atomizers dedicated to each 6ml bottle of juice. It measures only 2-3/4" tall x 3-1/8 wide x 6-3/4" long when all fully assembled with the cover.

If we give certain dimensions can you make the case for a PV perhaps a couple PV's and some juice/attys???

This may be possible, but it would be a lot more expensive. Drawing up custom cases and machining them is very time consuming and the material isn't as cheap as you would think for plastic. Right now I am still searching a list of plastic suppliers, but my best price right now for the case you see in my last post for material is $26.00 for the bottom and $18.00 for the cover. That means my material cost alone is $44.00. But I am willing to work with anyone. I just don't want to start something and have anybody get upset with me over money. I would say that a custom made case would be in the $150 to $200 range. Please remember that most PVs that are sold right now are upwards of $100 and they are not 1 of a kind. If the price range I am proposing sounds ok to you, PM me some dimensions, and I will see if I can get you a rough sketch and an actual price quote on your case. Please keep in mind, the price may sound high, but this case would be designed specifically for your own PV and would be made from high grade plastic that is extremely durable. It would not fall apart or wear out like polyester cases, nylon cases, or leather cases would. Please also keep in mind I have a full time job. So I could not dedicate hours every day to your project. That being said, I do think I could complete your case in a matter of 4 to 6 weeks after your approval of the design. Thanks for the inquiry.

HAPPY VAPING!! :vapor:

Here are some pics.

The material looks like Corian. Is that correct? If so, it comes in a wide range of colors, which might make a good selling point. I know machinists who make pen barrels and pen cases from Corian, with beautiful end results.

:2c: What about making custom juice feeder mod cases, which would be nearly indestructible, as a sideline project? (just a thought... the 2 & 3 AA battery mod cases are horrendously fragile!)

Good luck in your enterprise!

Sorry took so long to get back to you. It is not Corian, it is plastic. I should look into Corian though. Maybe the price would not be so bad? Plastic is pretty expensive when it is not molded. I could design an injection mold for my cases but I would have to pony up like $12,000 to start. I just do not have that kind of money! If I did, I can tell you that in the LONG run, injection molds are the most cost efficient. But I would have to sell cases in the hundreds and maybe even thousands to get my money back on them and start turning a profit. I am just a family man who works 45-55 hours a week.

Do you know what a 1-3/4 x 3-1/2 x 7" piece of Corian would cost?? I will try to find out, but if you know the answer, please do tell!! Thanks!

I really don't know... My machinist friends told me that they bought scraps of Corian from contractors who install Corian countertops. You know, the small waste or trim pieces left over after a job? They said they got the scraps for very little cost. Maybe a local contractor or supplier near you can work out a deal with you because it would otherwise be nothing but garbage that they have to dispose of... And Corian can come in very large sizes! I have seen kitchen and bar sinks made from solid Corian. My friends also did inlay or mosaic type decorations on the pen cases with the scraps. There is a whole world of possibilities for someone with your skills. :w00t:

Thank you for the compliment. If I can find some time in the near future I will look into the Corian idea. Thank you VERY MUCH for the tip!!!!!!

Nice case CV. Does everything stay in nice and tight if the case is turned upside down? How snug does the top fit? Just curious.

Yes, the top fits snugly against everything. I designed it so the atomizers and bottles all stick up the exact same amount. Therefore, making the cover to hold everything tightly was pretty simple. The cover also fits snugly around the lip of the case, so you can pick it up by the cover and there is NO fear of it coming off and juice and attys going everywhere!! You actually have to pull back and up on the cover for it to come off. Works really nice.
