The Chi-CHi.. What an ugly, ugly, full mechanical.

Well this is the chi chi.. And its a hideous piece of bling bling chrome plated copper... I plan on changing it..

First step is to KILL THE BLING!!!


I glass bead blast and then burnish the surface with a stainless wire brush..


While i was at it i de-knurled the top cap..

Next step is to sand with 400 grit to smooth the body and ready for polishing

Ok, and i know, if i polish out this unit, it will have a certain amount of " bling" associated with it..

But thats ok.. Ill just polish it and park it .. Lol..
