Hello everybody, I am a new member, I have been vaping for one year now, but I want to buy a good ecig, I want to vape at high resistance ohm (1.8 and higher) as I know it is much safer and I do not like warm vapour, unfortunately in Turkish market we have a very limited choice, and all good ecigs are sub ohm, I have read that with a variable wattage kit we can control ohm range and temperature, my question is how could we control the resistance as the coil have a resistance of 0.6 or so.

Please help me solve that or advice me if possible what to buy.

Thank you very much.

No. The ohms is controlled by the resistance in the wire.

If yoy want to Control the resistance you need to get a Rebuildable Tank Atomizer (RTA) of Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer (RDA)

I also like a cool vape but like a .8 ohm resistance for the flavor and not Rip through a LOT of Juice. I keep my wattage at 8-10 watts depending on flavor

Batteries/mods do not determine the resistance of a coil. Coil resistance is determined by the wire used to make the coil. Specifically what kind of wire is being used, how much wire (wraps and diameter), and the thickness of the wire itself. The premade coils will have the resistance displayed somewhere on the package and usually on the coil itself. If you do not want to build your own coils, just shop around for premade coils. The resistance should be printed on the packaging somewhere. Kanger, Aspire, Joyetech all have options for non-subohm vaping. I hope this helped.

Thank you for replying, but what is the resistanse value shown by variable wattage batteries, I do not think that I am able to rebuilt my own coil, It seems complicated to me.

Hi Nur Nur. Welcome to the ECF.

Building your own Coils really Isn't all that complicated. Something that will a Little Practice you can Master Very Quickly. It also allows you to Fine Tune the Ohms (Resistance) of your Coils to Exactly what you want.

And it also makes a Vaper more Independent. So you don't have to Rely on just what is Available in places where things may be Hard to Find.
