Okay, this is what I discovered tonight..

If you like EGO's like I do then you might just LOVE this setup like I do!

You get yourself a 1000mah EGO-C Twist battery from Good Prophets

Then

You get yourself a Clouds of Vapor's EGO Tank Atomizer with AIR FLOW Control!

You put the COV EGO TANK on the EGO-C Twist VV and you have a 1000mAh EGO with Variable Voltage control and Air Flow Control altogether in one device. This is an amazing setup. I can fiddle as I please and find the current best voltage for my atty, which I can play around with making the air flow tighter and juice flow greater, or the air flow lighter and juice flow less. All this control in the same simple EGO costume is just amazing perfection because you can just keep changing things until you hit it perfect. Done right, I was able to find the best air control to allow constant spectacular vaping juice flow across a coil with the perfect voltage brought my controlled tank to life beautifully and I vaped for about an hour straight without a single bad hit. I mean, when was the last time your EGO had an hour straight vapes that were perfect each time. Perfect clouds, perfect taste, perfect TH, perfect all.. Loving this setup, honestly.

got this and love it, i'm just curious if i can get different drip tips for this mod and what i should look for to be sure it fits... also this is my first real e-cig, and i think the next tank i get to fit on the eGo battery will have a wick because this seems to have a bit of a leaking problem but i just have to tinker with it to fix it. i just pull out the tip and it has cotton, i think, inside that gets saturated if i have it in my pocket for several hours while i'm at work and dry it off with a paper towel or just hold it against my shirt and blow most of the liquid out onto my shirt if there is no paper towels handy.

I don't think you are talking about the right device here. There is no cotton with the COV EGO Tank with Air Control. This device is an EGO type tankomizer with a metal band that connects via the outside EGO threads and allows more or less air through the tankomizer depending on how tight or loose you make the band. You do not use another cartomizer or tank with the EGO Tank.

Although, I guess you could use the metal band with another cartomizer or tank, but it would have to have a base that specifically was designed with a wide enough base and air holes in the correct configuration. I think you might be talking about a different device.

Can you post some imagesa of this, I can not seem to get inside that end and do not want to damage it. The small black mouth piece on this device has nothing inside of it. I still think we are talking about two different devices.

I have no idea then. All I can tell you is that the mouthpiece on my devices have nothiong inside of them. They are short, skinny little pieces of plkastic thast do not even screw onto the tube or clip in with an o-ring setup. They have a thin lip that catches a thin ridge on the tube. I have to admit I am really curious about what you got. Did they update the mouthpieces??

Actually I'd never examined the mouthpiece as I had assumed it was nothing more than just a mouthpiece. Indeed it does have some apparent polyfill in it. Mine were ordered from cov on 7/28.

Alrighty then. I just put half a tank or so of 90%pg semi clear juice in one of them and used it without the mouthpiece on a twist. The results were a bit better than my first use last week. I then removed what was about 1/4" of polyfill from the mouthpiece. The polyfill was wet from my last use.

Without the polyfill it's a bit better but i still wouldn't recommend it in light of what else is available. For example the Vivi Nova makes it look pathetic in comparison and costs about the same. The fact that it looks pretty is about all it's got going for it IMO.

yea the air control definitely comes with cotton/polyfill now. maybe not when it first came out, if i am walking around with it or just have it laying down horizontally it seems to leak A LOT, i try to keep it sitting vertically with the mouth piece up but even then it will bubble i can tell there is liquid getting into the air flow tube... here are some pics...

also i would not recommend having it sit in your pocket without the polyfill because all that liquid will just get in your pocket.

hmmm i'm having some difficulty with mine now. an atty burnt out last night, and i replaced it and noticed that with this last tank of liquid that it wasn't really dripping and keeping the coil wet very well, i thought it was just a bad tasting liquid, but i noticed i have to take the tank apart and suck some liquid out of the tank and drip it on the coil in order for it to get proper vapor.

this is sort of irritating and i think that's why the atty burnt out last night because i have been running it dry due to this, even though it had a full tank.

I think that ego tank with air control is garbage..all I got out of it was burnt taste... took the cap off and modded it all I do is use the air control ring to give my attys a finised look.....how can juice drip down that skinny tube into that tiny hole on the atty?? Never!!!

That air control bs was a bad joke!! The attys are nice for modding and the tubes for cutting down to make parts for a real gen style bulli mod....lol it really looks like an incompleat atty mod or as if an error was made while making them... advanced user bs!!!...lol

well i just ordered a mini nova instead of more atties for this tank seeing as i'm on my last atty now.

hmm i think the tank might just not really be able to handle a full tank. because now that my tank is below the halfway point it has been working fine again... just wanted to throw that out there, i will be using this still as well as my nova when i get it (hopefully tomorrow). can't have enough tanks really i like to switch up my liquids a lot, which is why i haven't noticed this earlier probably i general only put a couple mLs in my tank so i can move onto the next flavor quicker. so looks like i will be getting more atty's for this tank in the future, it works fine for me not filling it up over halfway.
